Dairy Queen

Food was made perfect. The dessert was made directly at time of placement yet sat on the counter until the food was ready so it melted in a sticky messy cup.

Service very slow. Take a very long time to get are meal right. Took almost an hour. Staff not as friendly as they should be. Hopefully next time that we go service is better.

We enjoy the Ice cream very much, but every time we go to West 2nd store they are forever getting our order wrong, it's only different styles of I've cream we order

To be onist its quite cleaner then alot of the other fast food restaurants and the food is pretty good to and now alot of the cooks their so that means something at least

Have been a few times when I visit Roswell and this place is always dirty and employees don't seem to have good hygiene. The customer service is terrible and the employees are often rude and don't seem to care if the order is correct at all. Most definitely today will be the last time I ever stop here. Just horrible.

I always appreciate dairy Queen .. I'm from Clovis NM and I am an asst manager there for Brady dq#16 I understand the ethic and timing so I love dq and support my fellow food chain members if I ever move from Clovis to Roswell I will apply there at this brazier

Could be cleaner but the food was great. The food was great, ice cream better, but there is an odor in the restaurant that was hard to get over.

You cannot enjoy a messy burger from drive thru with out napkins. Impossible. I can't imagine why that isn't as important as the bag its in...

Just terrible very dissatisfied this is the 2nd one I've been to in the state of New Mexico an yet again disappointed. Customer service was aweful an they tried to pass off unsatisfactory ice cream ugh not good
