Dairy Queen

The food did not taste good or anything like Dairy Queen usually tastes. The burgers were greasy, not in a good way and just tasted weird. The fries were nice and hot and the people were friendly.

Had a issue with the chocolate part of s dipped cone and asked to speak to who was in charge right now. Not only did he explain the situation to me like I was a third grader. He tone was pompuss and he was rude.

Dirty kitchen, ice cream area, uniforms, and the bathroom is disgusting. Food quality is poor and they are always out of something. Second trip while driving from Austin to Ruidoso. I will never stop here again. As yes the manager is older and nice but I expect a certain quality of food. This is like eating in an unregulated dirty kitchen.

Got there at 530ish and was only car in drive thru. Inside was packed. Had a new person on register. Service was great. Staff was doing their jobs and food was delish. Pricing could be revised a bit for fast food resturaunt.

I’ve been in there at location on 2nd street in Roswell, NM. There’s no air conditioning, roaches and bugs all over the place including ice cream trays, burger topping tray and more.
Also not only am I concerned for people eating there but also for employees including my daughter!!!

I grew up in West Texas and DQ's were in pretty much every town. The menu is pretty consistent as is the food. You can get a good burger or a chicken strip basket among other things. DQ soft serve ice cream is still hard to beat and they offer many choices from a cone/dipped cone, sundaes, blizzards and more. They are not usually a late night option, most close at 9 or 10pm.

I wanted an Oreo blizzard plain and simple just vanilla and Oreos how hard is that but no couldn’t get that this isn’t the first time last time asked for a brownie blizzard and it had nuts of all kinds in it for all they would have known I could have been allergic. I’m not going to this location ever again you guys screw up my orders every time I go there I tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt but not anymore I’m tired of hearing the employees excuses of why they screwed up my order and it would only one blizzard how do you even do that. You’re getting bad reviews everywhere from me. 😡

Normal dairy Queen fair, help too young or not experienced. Nice product if they get the order right. Floors and tables were clean which normally my biggest complaint about a ice cream shop.

Ice cream melts a little, but that's just because it's like 102 degrees outside. Would have given 5 stars, but the cashier have me the wrong change and then tried to argue about it. Wasn't a lot (and my ice cream was melting), so I ended up just leaving without it.

First Dairy Queen I've ate at in a long time. Staff was friendly, wished my hamburger pattie had been hot, except it was lukewarm. If the pattie and fries would of been hot I'd have given it a 5 star.
