Sage Coffee

Cute little coffee shop on the way from albequercue. Appreciated the gluten free oat bars that were reasonably priced at $3.50

Sadly I don't suggest any of their espresso drinks. We should have tried them before hitting the highway. We had to toss them both out. Hazelnut latte and Americano both were bitter/ old beans.

Stopped in as I was traveling and I am glad I did. Great coffee, friendly staff, decent internet. I was able to take a video call without any issues.

This place was delightful! Not only was the coffee super tasty, my whole family is still talking about the Cinnamon Sugar cake days later!

Lovely ambiance and good coffee! I got a lavender honey latte with oat milk and it’s great! Best coffee you can get within 100miles.

If you’re driving through Raton, don’t settle for gas station coffee. Get yourself a delicious brew with an aesthetic back drop and kind service at SAGE COFFEE. perfect mid trip pick me up.

Quality of beans is terrible. Most bitter cortado I've ever had. Place is nice though.

Perfect local coffee shop, with friendly, knowledgeable people running it. They have alternative milks for those with allergies, and made an excellent vanilla latte (not too sweet!) and cortado. The pastries were tasty as well; this is a welcome spot for a couple of travelers who are self proclaimed “coffee snobs” 😄

We always stop in as many local coffee shops as we can, and we loved our experience at Sage. Very friendly staff, lovely aesthetics, and both my and my wife's coffee was wonderful. Very highly recommended, and we will be coming back every time that we are in town!
