The place is wonderful. The service though, it was kind of bad. My friend ordered something, then this lady that worked there literally walked up to our table, threw the bag on the table, said, "Here you you go", and walked off. It seemed like she hated her job there. To be honest, I have been to lots of places in which the staff had an attitude like the staff at Landalls. Therefore, I would not be surprised at all. With that set aside, the place is great. Great variety of items too. Yet, the service does need some improvement. Maybe hiring new staff could do the trick? 🤔

Let me start off by saying I love this place. The ice cream selection is awesome. That being said, I hadn’t been back since they reopened because of the virus, until today. My dad is in town and I wanted him to experience the awesome ice cream. One of the employees was pretty nice, however the young lady who was scooping up the ice cream seemed irritated that we had a larger order than she was expecting. Granted it was right before closing, but I bought 6 people’s worth of ice cream....on one order, I asked for two scoops and she gave us one scoop in two bowls instead of together. My ice cream was last to be scooped, and I clearly got way less than everyone else’s two scoops. She even slammed the sliding cover over the ice cream. I’m just really disappointed. I have been looking forward to coming back and getting some great ice cream. This irritated employee really sucked the joy out of that.
