Yum! Yum! Yum! Great food! Homemade green chills sauce and the best beans I have had in a long time! Sopapillas fresh, hot and to die for!

We have definitely found our go to place when we are traveling through. The owners were exceptionally nice, the service was excellent, the food was delicious! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy my birthday. ❤️

Excellent food and top notch service! Will be back every time we come through the area. Worth the detour! (Watch out for dirt roads on the way. )

This was not the breakfast I deserved, but the breakfast I needed after a long night in the rain-muddied desert and cathartic sleep in the motel next door. I'll gladly plan my next Cuba stop around this!

Great food and service. The Del Prado chicken sandwich is not a sandwich you can pick up. It's covered with sauce and cheese and is absolutely delicious. My husband got the tamale plate and said that best part of his meal was the sopapillas that came with it to sop up the sauce. He cleaned his plate. I couldn't finish my meal... Sooo much food!

Texan Here...Drove through Cuba from Albuquerque on the way to Wolf Creek. Hate to use the phrase “Hole in the Wall” but if the shoe fits. Extremely impressed!!! Breakfast with the family was awesome, waitress was awesome. Sat by the fire place...very cozy. If you are driving though Cuba NM...don’t judge a book by its cover!!
