The waitress dropped a bottle of hot sauce and got it all over my shoe, with the owner looking on. Owner didn't even apologize or offer to make it right. This town sucks and the people that run it.

No food is worth this. This town sucks. They have speed traps with hard to see signs, to snag travelers, and make it difficult and expensive. They try to get you to admit guilt without a lawyer, and then won't take a remote payment when you live in another state. Stay away from CUBA New Mexico and this restaurant for allowing their town to abuse you! BAD.

The chicken tacos were good. The burgers were ok, but needed some seasoning. Our waitress was nice with a good sense of humor.

We love the Navajo Tacos here. We come here as a family everytime we travel through. Either going to Texas, or coming from Utah. A true family favorite! Highly recommend!

They followed my request to cook my eggs a certain way and they did a good job, one of the only restaurants that have followed my instructions correctly and I travel a lot.

If you're in the area I definitely recommend this place

I ordered the Del Prado omelet on the second mind I bit something very hard and hurt my back right tooth. Upon telling the waitress, didn't get a apology or asked if I would to order something else, she instead started to lecture me then proceeded to tell me it couldn't have been anything hard the ham is boneless and the ingredients were not hard. I had to ask her if I can order another dish, she said well I guess yeah. She did not come back after to check on me and our family for refills. She asked finally how our meal was upon paying for our meal, I told her besides my tooth hurting and leaving thirsty it was ok she made a sarcastic comment about it saying, "well I went back to check on you quite a bit and you didn't say anything."

Good service and friendly but the food wasn't so good. Greasy hard no taste and the salsa was too hot. They didn't have any mild.

Good to come in and enjoy their got Chile beans and a tortilla. Total comfort food. Next time I'm asking for an egg on top. Yummy!

When I come into Cuba, to see/visit my Mother, We love to stop in for a bite. Cozy and friendly employees that work there. When driving through Cuba.. stop in and have Breakfast,Lunch or Dinner. Enjoy..
