Pecos River Cafe

Quick and friendly service! The food is good and gets to you quickly. My only complaint is that the hours are not super ideal. Never open for dinner. But they have a killer breakfast.

Good food. Our server was just okay. She wasn't very welcoming at all. It was good, and we would go back, however, this place is never open! Never in my life have I seen a restaurant that isn't open between lunch and dinner. And to not be open on Saturdays and Sundays when you have "the best food this side of the Pecos" is moronic. If I were this business owner I'd kick it up a notch. Not only so you can make some more money, but so the people of Carlsbad have good food on the weekends.

So I ordered a sandwich and a small but small soup and a cinnamon roll. $17.00 really it’s a sandwich. Everything was good but the price hype during this Pandemic is very distasteful! I will never go back- subway here I come!!

Only had an hour for lunch there were 7 people in our party. our server was amazing and the food came out quick and was very tasteful. Would highly recommend this place.

I had lunch there, it was OK food. Everything seemed freshly prepared. Waite staff was friendly, and service was quick. I would go back there, but wouldn't seek it out. The place is small and very crowded.

Good food and better service! Busy place and the waitress was able to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome without leaving people with empty cups or needing hot sauce.

What a great place! Service is best in town , food is always great. It's a place where you can literally be in and out in 30 minutes. Awsome place to eat.

It's very loud in there. There is not a lot of space either.
