Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii

Walked in to only one staff member inside, Manager Caitlyn, who was very welcoming and helpful despite being left alone to tend to other customers while all the other employees found it ok to walk out to goof off and chat with what seemed to be friends or someone they knew. Completely unacceptable and baffled employees would think thats ok to do to a fellow coworker, much less a manager. Keep up the hard work Caitlyn.

I love the coffe here. Latte with oatmilk, no sweetener. The coffee has chocolate undertones. So yummy.

Great cup of coffee that doesn't require you to take out a second mortgage. Always good for a quick bite as well. Comfortable atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere, nice people, great coffee! I was so excited to see that the ice cubes in my iced coffee were made out of coffee! No watered down sad coffee if you don't drink it fast enough 😁 it was such a nice surprise, I've always thought places should do this.

The owner matches this companies Logo perfectly.... he is a complete Jackass! He really needs to watch who he is rude too out in public he doesn't know who is watching. You cut in front a group of people at Shamock with the worst and nastiest attitude. People know who you are. You give your business a bad look. You should be ashamed of your self. Who do you think you are? That you think you can cut the line (especially in front of women)? Someone will teach you a lesson one day if you dont get a grip! You need to work on being nice! We also heard that you and your wife are always giving everyone a hard time. Word spreads and people are watching! Awful!

This was one of my favorite places in town to get coffee before they rebranded and changed everything. Now it honestly sucks. I have been a couple times since their reopening and just been extremely disappointed in their service and quality. Not worth it anymore.

I used to love coming here. The coffee is great. But... This past Sunday I went and I was excited to bring my friend because she's never been. I ordered first and the kid at the front turned around to start on my order as soon as I was done. My friend stood there for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged her. When my order came out, the kid turned and she was like "hey, I want to order too" He looked surprised and then took her order. She ordered a frozen coffee (I did too) and he tried to talk her out of it saying it takes longer to make a frozen coffee then an iced coffee,so she she just go with an iced coffee. To which I replied it didn't matter, we had time. Also the burritos we got were pretty watery and the egg wasn't fully cooked. And at one time the burritos were amazing. Honestly the whole encounter was awkward and frustrating.
