The coffee is good. I would say that it's a but more smooth and mild than Starbucks. It does seem that most of their drink options are sweet and loaded with cream and flavorings. I asked the young lady to give me something that would be good for a first time visit. She ordered one of their winter specials. I didn't catch the name but is was a nice creamy, very sweet blend with a strong eggnog flavor. Not my thing but nice. The design of this drive thru franchise is interesting. Tip: the easiest entry to the drive thru for a large truck is in the ally behind. Avoid the car wash drive next door.

My husband and I love Dutch bros and their perky and friendly personalities. We constantly go to Dutch bros and they are always so nice. But today my husband went and got a drink and was met by a very snippy and rude employee who was nothing like a usual Dutch bros employee. He was completely shocked by her. Probably gonna stick to going to another location if this is how their employees treat paying customers who are kind.

The broistas at Dutch Bros. are awesome! I love going to a place where people smile. The coffee is great (not bitter or burnt tasting). I would recommend to family and friends.

The poor attitude and condescending tone of this employee using a point of sale (POS) tablet asking for a tip was unacceptable. There was only 2 cars in front of me and all I ordered was a White Chocolate Dutch Cocoa. Why is there an employee accosting outside the drive-through? Especially, when it was not busy! Approached the drive-through window and noticed another tip box; the first one being the POS tablet. This feels like tip shaming, I prefer to leave gratuity after I receive my services, not before. You don't see employees with a POS tablet outside the drive-through soliciting for tips at Duncan Donuts or Starbucks. just saying ...

I absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros! The employees always have the BEST attitudes and the drinks are top notch. I'd pick this place over any other coffee shop. I wish we could get a local one in our area.

Stopped in for my dogs 2nd birthday and they gave him sprinkles on his puppuccino!!! Not gonna lie, I've not been to a Dutch Bros that I didn't love but this one deserves 6 stars

I usually stop here every time I drive through. After this last few visits I am going to consider other options for a while. I have experienced what has probably got to be on this visit some of the worst customer service in a long time. Let me tell you my side of this story
I understand the music but I waited at your walkup window without any acknowledgment until the drive thru dance party was finished. It can be a drag working on ithe weekend. I'm on a break from work myself. May have been friends in the drive thru. I wasn't worried. I waited at the walkup window and placed my order and added a tip. Paid with my app as usual. I asked for a 32oz coffee SF Raspberry and White Chocolate. I also ordered a pup cup for my dog. The wait was quite a while for which I had a seat and waited patiently. Finally the drink came. No worries. All I said was I ordered a cup for the dog and motioed toward Mr. Tino my dog. She then spews at me that I don't have to be rude rolls her eyes and walks away. I wasn't rude. I am sure that this type of business has cameras and will hopefully check and verify my story. I asked for her manager and explained the problem. This so called manager is a problem too. Rather than diffuse the situation, she chose the path of being aggressive then nonchalant as her eyes glazed over while I explained what happened. All I wanted to hear was that no it's not right to tell the customer they're rude even when they're not being rude or even if they are. It is just from a customer service standpoint unacceptable behavior. I wanted to hear that she would discuss the situation with the employee and maybe coach her in how to better handle customer. I wasn't asking for anything extra. No discount no disciplinary action. I definitely am not even close to being a Karen however I am a paying customer. I help keep the in lights on and pay the wages here however small my contribution is. Because of the way this was handled I don't know if I even feel comfortable to return here as a customer. I hope someone higher sees this review and please just give them some training. I don't want to see anyone get in trouble but I also don't want to see anyone else treated this way. I understand they are young and still learning but they need to understand there is a huge difference between dealing with a paying customer and dealing with a group of friends. Thanks for your time. PS the drink and pup cup were good.

Shark attack more like Dimetapp. I stopped getting coffee drinks because they add chocolate milk to EVERYTHING! It's probably in this Rebel that tastes like cough syrup! Too too much syrup! I guess it is back to Starbucks! The Dutch Bros in Washington are BETTER!

The person who took our order was so nice and she took the time to explain the menu because it was our first time! The sugar free golden eagle is so good!
