Taco Bell

I have never reviewed a restaurant before but this was the worst experience and service you can imagine !
After waiting 45 minutes for our drive through order
My wife and I pulled back into drive through line and waited in line a second time , but this time because it took so long I payed more attention to the most disorganized and outrageously Nasty 🤮 conditions in cooking area and asked for my money back!
I then could not wash my hands enough to get over what I had just witnessed.
This would be a Great place to catch Covid, but if you just want to get sick this is the place.

The new tortilla burrito isn’t that great! I guess they must of mixed up orders & thought it was a bean & cheese burrito because they scrapped all the beans off & put the cheese an red sauce to try an cover up the bean residue! If y’all couldn’t tell the sarcasm then idk what else to tell you… can I get beans with my bean & cheese burrito please!!!!

The food is okay but here's the thing, if I order to go do you automatically assume I'm going home to eat it or even if I am, i want to dirty up my silverware? Common sense should tell you, to go food gets to go silverware...its not rocket surgery...
Maybe this federal raise of minimum wage was a mistake .. maybe they are paying some of you way too much....

KFC/Taco Bell was very clean! As soon as a customer left a member of the staff was there to wipe down their table. The staff was efficient and friendly.

LOL...food is always good...always as described...always worth the money. Used to joke that Taco Bell was the best mexican food in town (compared to La Fonda)
UPDATE: must have new crew...I can't seem to order my regular tacos...AND have ANY that are not broken...not the same to have to eat a taco with a fork.
UPDATE: Has been a year...prices up...prices up everywhere...I get it. BUT...$12 bucks for 4 regular tacos and 1 Burrito Supreme is ridiculous...the tacos have minimal ingredients and 3 out of 4 broken. The burrito was good...but again minimal ingredients...overall much smaller. The local Taco trucks win hands down...tacos, burritos and even their plates out perform most of the local businesses. Their food is good..AND they are friendly..even smile. MY preference is the stand next to Alsups on So.First.

Decent place, never really have any issues. Sometimes they can take a while on your order and maybe even forget some things but have never had an issue with bad food. A while back we got undercooked chicken, not completely raw so just check your stuff before you leave. Overall not the worst place!

Pulled up at 10:05 PM. The sign on the door, the Taco Bell website and google all advertise hours 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM everyday. I was informed they were closed without any explanation, I’m not one to push the issue so I just went to sonic down the road. I can’t speak on their food, but failing to operate under the advertised hours is enough to recognize that this place is poorly managed or at least has a bad apple in the night manager position.

We had a small order an it took 30 minutes an we didnt get all we ordered. There was four or five cars that was behind us that got their order before us. Maybe next time they can get are order right an not disrespect us.

Lunch was awful. 4 items purchased. 2 were made wrong and 2 were were missing key ingredients. Extra sauce was purchased and never made it into the bag. This is not the first time there have been issues. People should take more pride in their work.

I went there and ordered chicken. They told me they had enough to make one bucket but not the other I said that was fine. In the two minutes it took me to get from the drive thru to the window they told me they didn’t have it at all. I spoke to the manager who said their dining room was packed ( 5 tables) and that they sold out. That quick. They didn’t hold themselves accountable a toddler is running the store. I would love to see your sales trend over the last year. I will be contacting the area coach as well. Do not go to this store just drive to Roswell or Carlsbad and save yourself the aggravation of a child with a bad attitude who they call the manager who would rather shut the window in your face than actually address the problem.
