Great place! Service is fantastic! Ask for Kris if you need your day brightened. The ice cream shakes are so good, highly recommend! The hatch chili’s are so yummy, although we got a spicy batch! Order them on the Albuquerque Patty melt- It’s a risk worth taking (on the spiciness).

Very very good! Green chili is spicy! I mean spicy! Almost didn’t make it , lol but the service was awesome and place had indoor seating and out door seating and clean bathrooms and very friendly staff , i tryed their corn beef hash and man kick my butt it was spicy! So beware. But other then that it’s good we do t mind coming back soon when we are in town.

Their service was great. The environment was so homesy and inviting. The staff was so friendly. The food was delicious and was greatly priced for the amount of food they give you. Overall it was so cute, friendly, and delicious!

With a dog friendly patio and it being a nice day I decided to try this place out. The building shaped like an owl I was interested to see it up close. Even though I was only one in the patio the waitress didn’t forget about me and kept coming out to check. The food was amazing with homemade tortilla to go with it. I got a $4 wine margarita not with high expectations but if you brushed the salt of the rim it actually was okay for the price. Defiantly would go there sometime again when I come back into town.

Had dinner with my son at the Owl Cafe, cool retro diner near where we were hiking. Great service, very friendly, lots of choices, food served fast. Our meals were tasty, giving 4 stars because the veggies with my chicken fried steak had a lot of moisture in them that left a puddle on my plate, making my meat soggy. Otherwise, great meal and great place!

I’m not sure how to even write this review about my horrible experience. So we wait to be seated, noticing the place is very empty. Once seated we waited almost 10 minutes for our waitress to take our drink order, then another 5 to get the drinks. She dropped them off and immediately left though, so we had to wait another 5 minutes to order. We waited over 20 mins to get our food and mine is wrong. I ordered pecan and walnut pancakes, they came plain. She took them back and the waitress returned to say she accidentally hit the wrong button in the system but they are remaking the ASAP. About 10 or so minutes later she returns with my original pancakes (I could watch them in the window) but she topped them with walnuts, she tells me she didn’t want me to wait, and the chef making the pancakes is having some issue. She told me I was welcome to take the correct ones still being made home with me if I wanted, on the house. At this point my husband had finished his meal, so I just ate the plain pancakes with a pile of nuts on top. I finished these and quite some time later she finally showed back up with our receipt. We paid and left. The pancakes were decent (though cold by the time I actually was eating them) the service was terrible. Yes this is now iconic because of breaking bad/ El Camino but it’s not worth wasting your time, just go to wecks.

Please update the online menu. We went expecting relatively cheap food but chicken tenders are $20. Definitely not 1 $ sign.

Food is mediocre. Service is slow. They overcharge. If you order fries with a burger, it'll cost you an extra $2. Atmosphere is nice in that classic diner way, but I won't be coming back.

New favorite breakfast spot. The food was good, and the service was even better. My server Meg was the best.
Also, fantastic chile!!
