Incredible coffee and high quality, small bites in a gorgeous setting directly across from sunset lake. Comfortable seating indoors or outside with gracious owners that were happy to answer our many questions. They even taught us about the Battle of Turtle Gut (hence the interesting name). We had Cortado lattes and Melon & Prosciutto Di Parma Salad with Saba drizzle and smoked Maldon sea salt. Ummm YUM! It’s a small family shop so make sure to check the hours or drive by to see if they’re open first. Then STOP IN and treat yo’ self!! You’ll be happy you did.
Finally a place at the shore to get legitimately good coffee, and a bunch of other great stuff. These people obviously care about doing something well if they’re going to do it at all and that is exactly what the Jersey Shore needs. It’s kind of a long trip from Avalon but it’s worth it; I’ll definitely be back.
Had a great dinner at the pizza pop up at Turtle Gut. The clams and oysters were awesome too, we will definitely be back. Great ambiance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s a BYOB and has great views of Sunset Lake!!
As a foodie I really take into consideration the quality and preparation of food, and I can truly say this place did not disappoint. I had a breakfast sandwich with the sausage (which had blueberries and was to die for) and a cold brew and will be coming back to try the rest of the menu! Service was fantastic as well
Turtle Gut is an absolute gem! Fabulous third wave coffee. I had an almond milk cappuccino and my husband had a whole milk cappuccino and both were delicious. We have been in search of great coffee in South Jersey & have found our new spot! We live in Avalon for the summer and it is definitely worth the drive.
The owners are so welcoming and passionate about quality ingredients. The interior is adorable and has a stunning view of the water making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal or coffee with friends. They also have a great selection of high quality food products that would make the perfect hostess gifts.
We can't wait to go back get another coffee and to try their breakfast & lunch!
Excellent fresh juices (watermelon mint!) and food made from scratch, with a million dollar view included. Great products for sale on shelves. Try the amazing Vanilla Chocolate bar! Owners are friendly and welcoming. I have no clue what some of the other reviewers are referring to - they seem to be just resistant to change maybe? Do yourself a favor and visit. It's adorable; clean, organized, and unique.
This place is so cute. I got their watermelon and matcha drink and it was fantastic. I walked in with a baby stroller and the gentleman behind the counter (possibly the owner) came running over to hold the door for me. Great service and can’t wait to go back and try the food.
Such an amazing find—this adorable new shop turned into our favorite discovery of the trip. If you’re looking for a real coffee shop in Wildwood, this is it. They make excellent espresso drinks with high quality beans and milks. We had so much fun hanging out here getting to know the wonderful owners. And the location is great for chilling and watching dogs go by.
Was there back in July and I still think about this breakfast sandwich. The potato roll, the sausage, the creamy egg yolk. Hope they're open this season! Can't wait to stop by.

The Pork Roll, egg and cheese is the best I’ve ever had. The owners are SO lovely and the coffee is amazing!
