The customer service is awesome, they go above and beyond. The product is first class and reasonable in price. In several years of business dealings Koffee Express has never failed to impress me with their dedication to their customers. Great Job people!!!!!!

I been happy with the Pods I ordered. The Chocolate Raspberry has a strong yummy flavor and armour stays in kitchen. The service is amazing comes quickly and packaged well. I highly recommend.

My husband and I love Kahlua Coffee but it is hard to find in our area. I was delighted to discover Koffee Express online. I now order our two favorites: Kahlua Original and French Vanilla. The best part for me is the service. I order my coffee in the morning and within a few hours I get an order confirmation and then an email saying my order has shipped. Within a few days I have my coffee with free shipping. The one time there was an error on my order, Koffee Express corrected it immediately. I wish all the companies I order from were as courteous, helpful and prompt.

I purchased an overpriced liquid concentrate horchata mix from Koffee Express, the brand was Muy Refresco de Tropical, paid $23. I usually pay $11 for a 1/2 gal, however I wanted to have a trusted supplier that I could count on, since my local supplier was very inconsistent with their stock. The horchata mix was terrible and had a strong bad chemical taste. My clients returned their drinks and I had to remove it from my menu. I requested a refund twice and got the run around by asking if I was using the correct mixture ratio, which I was. After only 14 days of being in contact with Koffee Express and a couple of emails, Koffee Express has showing me they are lying to their company mission statement because they have:
1.- been unable to show unparalleled passion and commitment to exceptional customer service.
2.- I have not had the best shopping experience.
3.- The product I purchased was not premium quality.
4.- Were not able to make my experience seamless.
5.- They have shown their goal IS NOT to make customers happy, but unhappy.
6.- You have made KOFFEE EXPRESS the worst coffee seller.

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. There was an issue with Fedex delivering and my package was stuck in the midwest for 4 days. Not getting anywhere with Fedex I called Koffee Express for assistance and Ryan reached out and called me back in 30 minutes with an update. No fault of Koffee Express but they did go above and beyond. Thank you

I Love Koffee Express! I found coffee on the website that's been so hard to find and the price was good. The shipping was great and easy to track as well as tracking notifications they send too. The packaging was A+. I will definitely be buying more coffee in the future!

Your products and service are awful!

But not in the sense of "oppressing with fear or horror; appalling, terrible," but in the sense of "inspiring awe; filling with profound reverence or respect; profoundly impressive."

Year-after-year you consistently deliver magic.

You, in the far land of New Jersey . . . when from Los Angeles I order on a late Sunday night, you send me a shipment notice a few hours later, Monday at 5:22am long before I awake, you put the shipment into the postal stream before 4:30pm and by some miracle it is delivered 2,789 miles away less than 2 days later on Wednesday before 1pm.

And, when opened, the well-packed 2 boxes of 2-liters each are still cold.

The taste of your 100% Columbian is always and consistently delectable. Your service is amazing.

It is good to see that your local USPS distribution point is back to "normal".
Shipped Tuesday from New Jersey and safely arrived cold less than 48 hours later on Thursday in Los Angeles.
Went straight into the freezer.

Finding the coffee we like was such a struggle until we found you guys! Not only do I save time and effort by ordering from you on the web but the cost is as good or better than the local stores. With COVID supply chain disruptions please keep your customers in mind with notices should you recognize your inventory shrinking. Keep up the good work! Dennis

Was so excited to find a wholesaler that carries my favorite coffee!
These guys shipped my order the SAME day I placed it AND it arrived FASTER than I could have gotten it from our local wholesaler!
I will definitely be a regular customer!
