The Coffee Box

My coffee was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy, the chairs are terrible if you're going to be there awhile. I was at there to study. After an hr, my back and my bum said go home. Now, if you don't want people camped out for hours taking up valuable real estate, then it's fine. This spot will do great, like I said my coffee was excellent.

Great local spot and for food and coffee and to work in the morning. They host community game nights which is great for a small town. Will definitely be coming back

Had to wait bit long on my order but overall I'm happy with this place. You can feel that friendly atmosphere between owner and coworkers and their regulars. Nice menu, will be back.

We come everyday for coffee and scones. It's our fav coffee spot easily. We're moving in a few weeks to scotch plains and literally checked the distance to the Plainfield location! Haha (5 minute drive, whew!).

First time trying smoked salmon toast. I’m so glad I tried it here. It was delicious! Great coffee as well. But I am really in love with the flavor of the smoked salmon toast. Yummy!

The apple cinnamon scones are DELICIOUS!

Good coffee spot. Only downside is that I’ve received coffee in cups that were leaking from the bottom a few times, which kinda sucks when you spill coffee in your shirt while commuting to work.

Terrible customer service. Walked in as a first time customer, I didn’t know the protocol to get seated or take a seat. Employees walk around my wife and I. We didn’t not feel welcomed, we left and I wrote this review.

The Coffee Box is one of Rahway's, not so secret, secrets! This is a beautiful coffee shop with genuinely great tasting coffees and homemade pastries. Their coffee is ethically sourced and comes from small family farms around the world.

If the Coffee Box isn't your first and last stop of the day, your missing out on a real gem!
