Rook is the best roastery there is. Best cold brew you can get, especially the New Orleans style. Fresh ground and brewed pour over cups of coffee. Not only great quality, but very reasonably priced cups of hot coffee.
They do coffee and they do it damn well. Multiple different types of beans and flavor profiles, no real frills, just damn good coffee. The only downside, which I can't fault them for because of how small the location is, no seating. So while it's a place I did kind of wish I could hang out in, it's more of a grab and go. Still 5 star worthy.
I’ve always enjoyed Rook Coffee. It’s great tasting and very fresh! The staff are very friendly and organized and make the coffee to your liking! This location is by far the best out of the ones I’ve went to, but I like them all the same :)
Hands down the best coffee. Not a wide variety. This is not your everyday american coffee shop. This is a coffee lovers destination. My favorite is the Turkish coffee. Also their cold brews are full flavored and not watered down.
I try to make it a habit to start my day of with their coffee! The staff is incredibly nice and accomodating. Their order ahead system is great for those who need to get their items quickly! Overall a great small business the serves its community!!
Rook is amazing. In most of my reviews I bring up my wonderful and amazing 10 year old daughter. But my daughter hates coffee. For me, if coffee wasn't here, I wouldn't be here either. That's why I love rook. I am not a fan of dairy milk and rook has my back. When I ask for almond milk, rook gives me almond milk. I bring rook to work whenever I can. Even though I am drinking Starbucks right now. I love rook. (Found 2 Years later and my daughter wrote this LMAO)
I'm not a regular at Rook, just passing through and thought I'd stop for an afternoon coffee. Server treated me rudely because I wasn't familiar with their ordering process. They made my iced coffee too lite, and when I asked them to fix it, the other rude person (cashier) told me they'd have to make it over again, they couldn't just pour some out and add more coffee to it. So, can't you just do it and make the customer happy?? Jeez..won't by going back there anytime soon!
Coffee is great but the staff was extremely rude. They forgot my mother's order for a simple cup of coffee and then asked her to wait outside in the cold for our order. She asked a question and they blatantly ignored her
Love Rooks cold brew and bagels! They don't disappoint with the quality of cold brew, or their hot Turkish brew coffee. A must stop for any coffee lovers visiting the area!
Friendly, helpful staff and a great product; what more could you ask for? Year-round selections like New Orleans Cold Brew and Guatamalan (hot, pour-over) are fantastic and seasonal options (Pumpkin, Gingerbread, etc) are awesome but don't last long! The lines may seem long but move fast. Good stuff all around.
