The Coffee Potter

Fantastic atmosphere, great coffee, super friendly staff and ownership...one of the newer gems in Long Valley.

There are not enough superlatives to describe the Coffee Potter. Excellent beverages and baked goods (though the donuts are not particularly special), and the pulled pork wrap is sublime. I am not a fan of the dairy free yogurt cups; they are bland and the add-ons just odd. But I don't go to coffee places for yogurt. I just won't order them again.

The Coffee Potters' owners are dedicated to doing good in their community, and they have a subscription service that benefits local non-profits and support a lot of local projects. Through a pandemic, they kept going strong with only drive through service. If any small business deserves being successful through a pandemic, it's them.

So grateful for this coffee place! The staff are super friendly and professional. Please do not be intimated by the line it moves rather quickly and it is worth it!! I'm a happy camper 🙂 I usually order Chia Latte with Almond Milk and Mexiquinoa, delicious 😋🤤

Honestly, they have a really good cup of coffee and a decent variety to choose from. The inside is a lot smaller than expected from the pictures, and the food is basically just your choice of premade wrap that they'll heat up for a you. The wraps ARE pretty good to be honest, but I had higher expectations with the price I paid for them. Otherwise, the customer service is quick, and the girls there are very polite and know what they're doing!

Also, they low-key make some fantastic chapstick that makes the inside of your mask smell like coffee or biscotti all day, but it's a bit pricey as well.

I love coffee Potter! Everything is made organically and fresh. The drinks are always delicious and the food is amazing. The muffins, scones and baked goods are always moist and delicious. The homemade breakfast wraps and items are so delicious as well. Everyone who works there is friendly and nice and it's always a great experience.

A fun little spot in a great location. The coffee and smoothies are delicious, plus they have really good baked items as well.

Super place. The staff and atmosphere are both warm and inviting. Great place to call an office for a day. Oh yeah and their coffee is pretty good too. Whether you're going through the drive-thru or sitting down to enjoy your coffee, you're guaranteed to leave with a smile. Great job guys, another local favorite. (Thanks Dorothy... Do yourself a favor and forget about every big chain and "barista" place. This place a small local business that cares about customer service and the quality of their product. The staff are awesome and super friendly. They have an efficient system. The staff walk out to the cars in the drive thru to speed up the line. They have adapted to Covid and are doing a great job. The coffee is the best in the area. They also support other local businesses - one example being the sale of Linda's Biscotti. Keep up the good work guys! I drive in from Chester. It's a little bit longer when I have two chains in my town, but worth the extra few minutes.
