Black Turtle Coffee

Great coffee shop! I love the flavored lattes, especially the Irish Cream Caramel! The baristas are friendly and engaging. I would definitely go back there again. I was told they would be offering new fall flavors! Can't wait.

Love love love this local coffee shop! The specialty lattes are to die for. Our favorites were the banana nut latte and the raspberry cheesecake latte. Was impressed to see that it has only been open for a year because it has the energy of a mainstay. Definitely check them out while in Brigantine!

It’s a brand new coffee shop in Brigantine. We finally decided to try it this weekend. The inside is very nice. I like the decor and they have plenty of tables. They offer desserts from a local baker and they make few themselves. We ordered a latte. It was absolutely delicious!! The beans have incredible chocolaty aftertaste. The foam was great and it was the right temperature. They roast their own coffee. Everyone was very friendly.

Taking a family vacation stopped here for coffee. It was so good, we loved our drinks (latte and dirty chai) and we really enjoyed the tiny “baby latte” (just lightly steamed milk) our barista made for our 2 year old daughter. Just great coffee and nice people! Thanks so much Kenya & crew

On our way to host an open house in Brigantine, I thought it would be fun to try out a new coffee spot in the area.

The seller gave me a couple of suggestions. The name of one grabbed my attention immediately- Black Turtle Coffee. I so love turtles!

For a slower time of year at the shore, this cafe was hopping! It definitely felt like to local “go-to” café.

The decor was really simple, but not plain at all. Everything was arranged with a hint of fun. The corner of branded merchandise for sale was set up effectively to catch the wandering eye while waiting in line. A wall of coffee bean bags separated the dining area from where they roast their beans. Again, a fun, but tasteful (and appropriate) detail!

We ordered a banana nut muffin and brookies. And of course, freshly ground coffee. All delicious!

On our way out, there was a small table of local information. LOVE these little touches.

I most definitely recommend trying Black Turtle Coffee when in Brigantine. I’ll be sure to stop back next visit.

Very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Felt like an up-scaled Starbucks. Menu has plenty of coffee options from just plain coffee to lattes, and everything in between. I had the Irish cream caramel iced latte, and it was very good.

Although, it needed to be very good. Be warned: the coffees are very pricey. The drink I got was over $8 for only a 16 oz. If Starbucks is too expensive for you, then this place surely is. However, since that is this shop's niche (premium coffee drinks) and they executed that niche perfectly, they earn a 5 star rating.

Service was quick and friendly as well. Seating was comfortable and a TV with cable was also available. Light baked goods such as muffins were also available.

My toasted bagel with cream cheese and hot matcha latte was amazing. The barista here has a gift and is so talented! The place is just what the neighbor needs and deserves. I can’t wait to play another game of chess while drinking a great cup of coffee!

Very excited that Brigantine finally has a local coffee shop with high quality coffee and treats! The shop is adorable and the staff was helpful/knowledgeable and super friendly. Had an eclair that was delicious. My only critiques are that the lattes weren’t strong enough (too much milk maybe) and they didn’t provide the option to ground their whole bean coffee bags (or have ground coffee bags), but since they just opened there are bound to be some kinks that will be worked out over time. I look forward to coming here over the years. Brigantine is lucky to have this coffee shop.

I loved the energy here...the atmosphere was inviting and the employees all had smiles on their faces even through the line was out the door. They were patient and friendly. I ordered an iced lavender lattes and a chocolate creme-filled Cupcake🔥🧁🥛🔥😋🧁🔥YUMMY!!
