Vegetarian cafe with great coffee and sandwiches. The veggie panini is my go to and favorite. Always ask about the soup of the day - the creamy tomato bisque is delicious and paired with a herbed cornbread muffin. Have to leave with a fresh baked cookie or cranberry oat bar for the road!

This place rocks. It is small, not fancy but the very best latte I ever had and as a vegetarian I could not ask for a better menu. We had a crowd of 13 and everyone loved what they had.. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Cute and cozy little coffee and tasty treat spot in Bethlehem. Lemon poppy scone was flavorful and the coffee selection is decent. Friendly staff too.

Friendly, courteous service...healthy smoothies. We don't drink coffee, we go for the smoothies and homebaked goodies. And the are delicious. Maia papaya has a large selection of drinks and good food. Recently I've been getting their soups...wow! Homemade soups, not pre made from venders! Today one soup was "pumpkin black bean chili" and when I got there at 10:20 am she had only one bowl of it left! I chose the "creamy roasted red pepper" soup and bought an extra bowl to go! Yummy!

Coffee is great, but the real reason I’m writing this review is because I spilled my coffee, and not only were the staff super kind and understanding, the gave me a free coffee. Everyone there is so kind! 10/10

Great little spot. We were able to eat breakfast outside. All the food was delicious. Excellent breakfast burritos and croissants.

Great bakery. I liked their espresso and especially the mixed berry smoothie

The cold brew and pastries are ridiculous good. Kept me and my kids amped on sugar and caffeine while trekking around Santa’s Village.
If this place was closer to my house, it would have a lot more of my money.

Enjoyed a light lunch and it was delicious as always! I don't drink coffee, but my father-in-law loves it! Love supporting small business and this one is no exception!
