Cappuccino was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty. Friendly staff and cool atmosphere. I would definitely go back! Want to try the quiche. Vegetarian so be aware of that. I highly recommend it very nice little cafe.

I go to Maia Papaya a lot due to the fact that I live in Bethlehem. They have the best coffee around and have food that will satisfy any ones tastes. It is a very small place and is hard to get around when it is busy, but most places are. I usually don't have a very bad experience there but the past few times that I have been there the service has been awful. Some of the ladies that work there take their sweet loveable time making someones order. I stood in line with four other people waiting for ten minutes before anyone even spoke to us. After ordering it took them ten makes to make two bagels, after making them the bagels sat on the counter for another ten minutes. Needless to say our bagels were cold when we got them. There was no need for this. I won't be returning there ever again because of this experience.

I love coming here for the Fancy Coffee Friday (an excuse for a latte with extra stuff) but they have yummy regular coffee too. Excellent sandwiches, breakfast, and desserts. Always ask about the soup or quiche of the day. In the Spring, it might be fiddlehead-tomato. Staff always make you feel like you belong, even if you are new or a tourist.

I had the falafel special today. It was delicious, staff was very kind. Seemed like a busy time so the outdoor seating was packed so we just ate in the car.

This is a cafe with a vegetarian lunch menu and is one of my favorite stops. Great food, nice atmosphere with music and original art on the walls, and friendly service.
I usually get coffee and a scone and it's $5. They make their own baked goods like scones, cinnamon rolls, brownies, croissants and cookies.
Sometimes I get a smoothie and Mediterranean Wrap. Makes for a great lunch, packed with fresh ingredients like olives, feta cheese and marinated red peppers. Delicious!
I always point visitors to our house here because the food is great and it is convenient when traveling in the White Mountains around Franconia Notch, Crawford Notch and Littleton.

Blown away by the quality of the food and coffee. Fresh, fresh ingredients, truly inspired seasoning. Veggie melt was insanely delicious. Seriously. Took one bite and my mouth went into spasms of delight. Also, big green salad was exceptional. Couldn't decide between housemade hummus or pesto so asked for a bit of each. Both excellent. The spinach pesto was a milder flavor than conventional basil pesto, but a great counterpoint to the hummus. Unusual dressing made from fresh cream served on the side. So good! Also got a mocha. Coffee is outstanding, and chocolate used for mocha was exceptional. Definitely stop here if you are traveling through.

My kind of place: friendly staff, good coffee, fresh juices, and tasty, healthy food choices.

Even though this place is named after me and used to be mine.... I still have to say that it's one of my favorite cafés ever. The vibes are positive and welcoming. All the staff is friendly. It's easy to want to go in there every morning for a coffee and a bagel.

Overpriced and underwhelming. I'm a foodie and none of the employees working could answer basic ingredient questions. Quality is so/so. Both of my son's took one bite of their cookies and rapidly threw the rest away. The place is a a good gimmick but not worth a second trip.

Great coffee, breakfast burrito is tasty, pesto mozzarella panini is top notch. I also appreciate that they have rotating artists’ work hanging and for sale. A bit of feedback: teach staff not to complain within earshot of customers when on duty.
