Fast friendly service. Always good coffee and drinks. Chocolate peanut butter frappe is amazing! They also have a lot of kid friendly drinks as well as red bull mixed drinks.

I've always had quick wait times and great drinks! One of the staff members helped out my friend and I this afternoon when we were short on cash. Great attitude from the worker. Thank you for amazing service!

Though the service here is a great (lots of smiles and courtesy) the coffee drinks here are subpar at best. I travel for work and drink coffee daily and I'm not one to usually leave a low review of a place but after giving them multiple "tries" to get it right over the past few months I'm convinced they just don't know espresso.

Pros: Friendly customer service
Cons: Low quality coffee, and if ordering a drink with flavor -- extremely over sweetened. If you have them re-do it with half or 1/3 the flavor it still tastes like the sweetener.

I'd wager they bank heavily on their market being super sweet lattes and the such and use that as a way to mask lack luster coffee. If you prefer to taste your coffee/espresso then you will most likely find yourself out of luck here. If you love mocha pumpkin vanilla hazelnut whatever lattes with whip on top...well this is a great milkshake stand for you.

I ordered three drinks. Only one came back correct. Asked for an iced double americano and watched as they poured an already made hot americano in an iced coffee cup. My drink tasted like water so rather than asking them to remake my drink again I threw it away and left. As a former barista I understand the pressures of being busy and demanding customers. This is the first negative review I have ever left anywhere. spend half an hour to get three drinks two of which were wrong and paid almost twenty dollars for it.

Rude. We bought their expensive drinks every time we went, and would sit an hour or so to do work (it is a coffee shop with wifi after all) but then we overheard one worker tell other customers that we were making the wifi slow. 3 people on the wifi shouldn't slow it down that much. You're a coffee shop for Pete's sake

I love their drinks they all have great flavors! Great prices and awesome attitudes from the staff! But do prefer the spring creek one over the Elko one

Always get great service, coffee is awesome. Sometimes it takes a bit to get your stuff, but usually only when they are slammed.....so check them out

Super good drinks, try them all to find your favorite. I have two favorites so far, Almond Joy and Nutterbutter.
