I absolutely love this place, I would totally 5 star it because I am a regular, but my last visit turned to be a quick 180 after seeing the angry girl inside vacuuming.. Pouting and throwing around things as she saw us approaching. Like seriously... you just lost your company business and respect. The women here are what keep me coming, they are generally all very nice and well mannered, I love respectful people.

The staff is made up of incredible, bright, funny girls who treat everyone like family. They make getting coffee fin and funny. The best part is that their coffee is so yummy and they have any flavor you can possibly think of to try with your coffee. My favorite coffee place, hands down.

It's a local business that takes care of their guests. They have a sugar free alternative for everything on the menu. The service is outstanding, you are greeted with a smile everytime and they are a lot cheaper than Starbucks. Friends don't let friends drink Starbucks

I tried all the other spots people suggested and this is the best coffee in town. Hands down. Awesome staff, comfy inside and they have a drive through. Great variety of drinks and great prices. Go here.

I come here weekly to get my coffee full! I've been coming here for about a year now. The staff is always super friendly! Even when jammed packed with people they always get my order right and get it to me as quickly as ever. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for coffee/smoothies/shakes. Whatever you want this place will deliver!

I'm sorry that I didn't like my latte. To be fair, it was a speciality drink that I have in my hometown, a 5 shot, iced latte. Saying that, that atmosphere was great and the employees were awesome. I would definitely come by again next time in Reno!

The staff are so kind and always say hi and give treats to my dog when I bring him along. They make a fantastic chain tea latte and make you feel right at home.

Awesome coffee shop with a very local vibe and very local menu. The lattes and smoothies are all very creative in name and flavor combination. My boyfriend and I were attracted to the place when we saw so many cars stacked up at their drive thru window. I ended up with a Lazy River latte (butter pecan and English toffee) while he enjoyed the breakfast smoothie.

They do have WiFi BUT there’s almost no place to hang out. Very little real estate. So, groups beware.

Love the coffee! The drive thru line has never been super long when ive come... which i would still stay in line cause it's good. I order my coffee with half almond half coconut milk (as an alternative to milk). The kids even got sweet kids drinks too. The girls in there are so kind. I look forward to coming to that side of town because I get to come to the Purple bean. Hehe.
