I highly recommend a Dirty Chai here, I'm very picky about my coffee. I stepped out of my comfort zone one day and gave this local spot a try. And I was not disappointed. I even sat down sipped on my coffee and played my Nintendo, it was a vibe. They do have free WiFi just as a bonus if anyone needs to find spots like this to pop up a laptop. Great hidden gem in Reno.

Great locally owned business. Tons of regular and sugar free flavors. Daily drink specials as well as a large menu.

Awesome baristas, amazing creativity, delicious danishes, and today they had a jazz band playing out front!
Hands down best chai latte in town!!! Oh and their peaches n cream smoothie is wonderful! I drive across town for the quality and atmosphere here.
They offer Punch cards, 10 drinks get one free. I bought 2 in one visit and they punched both boxes!
They also love pets, they give treats and sometimes take pictures of them.
They have definitely won me over, I'm a loyal customer 😁
Their Facebook page is pretty entertaining, I checked it out this morning.

First time trying this small coffee shop. We had purplecinos and they were amazing! I had the peanut butter mocha, oh my goodness it was decadent! I ordered the medium and it was huge! Great service, great prices. The only thing I wasn't super stoked on was the cleanliness. It looked as if this place hadn't had a deep clean in a very, very long time. Finger prints, grime and dust covered a lot of things inside.Sorry, to have to give only 4 stars.

A very cute and low-key coffee shop, with a hipster/progressive vibe. Coffee was solid, but the big draw were definitely the frozen drinks. On a hot day, the Peanut Butter Mocha purplechino hit the spot perfectly.

Best coffee anywhere. Inexpensive, strong, and you can get any flavor you ask for!

During my cross country bicycle trip I looked for a spot for coffee this morning. Purple Bean? Gots to go. Awesome coffee, great spot. Dig the purple. Thanks.

So good! It's the cutest coffee shop and it has a drive-thru! I got a huge iced mocha with oat milk and it was delicious. If you love Old World or Hub, you'll like this shop's drinks (not the same vibe at all, but the drink quality is on par). Definitely better and less expensive than Starbucks, plus it's local and I much prefer to support local businesses.

A local favorite and a go-to when I am in NW Reno. I grew up in northwest Reno and am so glad this local favorite is still around.

Do check out their daily specials a 16oz coffee special for $3.65 and they do offer milk substitutions. I'm lactose intolerant so that is a deal-breaker for me.
I'm a creature of habit, so I usually rotate my top 3 favorites: The Milky Way, Almond Joy, and German Chocolate. The Purple beans menu is extensive; They offer local bagels, muffins/pastries, oatmeal, smoothies, and the purplechinos. I think anyone can find something they like here.
My kids remember this place for the complimentary fruit snacks given and seeing the dogs get a treat too. I will ALWAYS support local businesses when given the option and am so grateful to have that option. This place treats their locals right.
