Such a gem! Johanna at the front desk was amazing help!!! (I was staying here to try and figure elderly father’s things out). The massage was tied with best I ever had. All of the staff is so friendly. Can’t say enough good things about Katherine’s either.
Our hotel room had black mold in the bathroom. We couldn't shower because of it. The floors are filthy, and there was scum around the sink. Management wouldn't adjust the room rate, but did offer to comp a room at a later date, which we wouldn't do anyway. The spa was a nice experience. Good staff, clean, and reasonably priced.
Above average casino based upon the amazing pool! The casino is just average. The complex is rather large and the parking lots surround the facility. We stayed in the RV park at the South/ rear area. Initially the parking was a issue as we had to use the RV area to the far West end. It was a good walk to the front entrance. Once there, we noticed there was a RV lane just out front. Must have missed that sign coming in? As other casinos, you get a nice welcome from a hit of smoke as you enter the casino. Once inside you see a large dark rock in the center that is a showroom/bar area. A cool little area that has water falling to enhance the vibe. The main check in area is to the right as you enter the front. There seemed to be quite a few people working and the line moved quickly. We checked in and walked the casino to the Player's Club where we signed up as a new user. The person working the club card desk seemed about as excited to see us as a bland cracker. She welcomed us and I questioned what being a member benefits were? She basically said you get $5.00 to play with, a scan at the kiosk to get up to a $10.00 dining credit (or a free hot dog - which is what we received), and then you can come back every day to scan your card for points. Yeah - oh boy! So after we finished our interaction and received our coupon for a hot dog, we headed to check out the place. The first stop was the buffet. It was closed for the evening (Sunday). The next stop was the café. Tonight's special is the $14.99 fried chicken! No thanks...Turns out as we explored the place that It was a little too smoky for the wife, so we decided to head out and check out the pool. Since we parked in the RV lot, the pool was a quick walk across the road and into the rear entrance. The place was huge with a massive waterfall in the middle and lifeguards stationed throughout. There was a water slide on the one side and a large pool that covered half of the area. The waterfall felt so nice as it cascaded down onto your head. Oh, and the little poolside bar had some really tasty drinks! Chairs were positioned all around and we had no problem finding an empty one. We would spend some time in the pool then moved onto the smaller hot tub. It too had a small waterfall that dropped hot water onto your head and shoulders. It was perfect! So we would spend the remainder of the day in the pool and eventually we would make our way back to the casino to lose the $5.00 in new player's credit. Since I wasn't feeling all that lucky and the wife couldn't stand the smoke we called it a night and headed back to the RV. If it weren't for the pool, we would give it a 2.5 star rating! Most certainly not a place where they offer any perks - except for $5.00 and a free hotdog!
The Casablanca Resort and casino is very nice. I am adding pictures of my room. It was very nice and comfortable with great views of the swimming pool area. The casino is really nice and I like to gamble here. I mostly play the poker machines unfortunately they are very tight and hard to win on. There has been a few occasions that I have done quite well. They have a nice restaurant/Cafe that is reasonably priced and serves up huge portions of food. I do not recommend eating at the buffet. It is set up horribly and they let too many people in at once. When you actually get in the buffet the lines are so long that you do not feel like wasting the time to go back for seconds. The service in the buffet is also horrible. This is probably not the server's faults due to the fact that they let too many people in at once. I do highly recommend checking this casino and resort out. I do come here quite often.
We love to casa Blanca we have family and friends here and we just livw the pool We would like to see a few things change like being able to have bottles water out at the pool the kids need lots of water when there our in the heat .....
The Bellhop was super nice and offered to help me get to the room. Thank God because I literally dropped my bags like 3x. LoL The room was nice. Staff was nice. Maids we're hella cool. The slots on the other hand sucked lol and the walking distance between parking the car to casino easy AF. casino to hotel room now that was a looong walk. It was a short sweet get away.
Was my 1st time staying at Casablanca Casino in Mesquite, valet services are always available, incredible, makes you feel like a Princess. Excellent buffet, weekends only though, too bad. If there is a next time, I will take more time to relax at the Spa, The steam room is my favorite and amazing staff. Stop in, you won't regret it.
