Loved everything about here. Owner was working the floor and her brilliant smile lit the place up was referred by 7th and Carson(also amazing) Soup, pancakes and the best grits I've ever had.

The best place to have healthier breakfast than from many other places in Vegas. Very clean place and cozy place. Service is great!

We first ate at Eat a year ago... Hasn't changed one bit. The pancakes are AMAZING. The grits and shrimp are equally fantastic. Last time we had a huge wait, today nothing close. In right away. My wife and I love this place. We'll be back, again.

We came here for breakfast and holy cow. I was a little scared off at first because it seemed a bit pricy for breakfast. Carissa was our server and she was just great. However, the best part is the food. Omg. You know how you’re sometimes like not sure if you should spend more than $10 on a meal because it might be just as good as the Chinese restaurant at the mall? Well, this one is way better. The serving size is big so you’ll leave satisfied, and the flavor is just so good. It’s such simple food but they make it so well. Come try it for yourself.

Delicious and great ambiance. The bread was just out of this world. Boyfriend got grilled cheese and tomato soup - you can tell Anthony Bourdain knew what he was ordering!!! The bread on the grilled cheese was perfection. The ciabatta on my breakfast truffle sandwich was so good as well. Absolutely delicious and wonderful staff. So attentive! 10/10

The food is great. We ordered the breakfast burrito. It was good but the sauce is a bit overwhelming. I would say, ask for the sauce on the side. My friend ordered the biscuits & gravy, and pancake. Customer service was amazing. Ioana was very attentive and pleasant. I definitely recommend you ask her to take care of you.

Great breakfast food spot. I had the pancakes and they were some of the best pancakes I’ve had at a restaurant in a while.

I found this place while doing some research and wanting to support more local businesses in the area. The fried deviled eggs were fantastic and I would greatly order again.
My wife’s choice I cannot recall the name but it had two different kinds of flavors with numerous flavor in each bite and she enjoyed it enough that she would like to go back if the opportunity strikes again. Meanwhile I tend to try corn beef and hash when available, especially when it is made by them and not from a can. It was OK nothing to write home about but definitely nothing to ignore if you are into that.

The breakfast was delicious and the service excellent,i will visit eat. when i will come back to Vegas!!
