I brought my wife, kids, and Mom here for Mother's Day brunch and it was excellent! Not only was the food delicious, but they had several really interesting dishes that you wouldn't find at most brunch places. The cinnamon biscuits were great for sharing, my wife loved her scrambled egg and truffle sandwich, my kids said the grilled cheese and tomato soup was their new favorite, and my Mom and I were blown away by the huevos motulenos.
In addition to all this delicious food, the entire restaurant staff was so friendly and attentive. We were very pleased with the service and our food came out quickly. We highly recommend Eat, and will definitely be back.

I ordered the biscuits & gravy but the gravy wasn't the normal style of country sausage gravy in appearance or taste. The bacon was great, the eggs were great, and I had a side of grits that was pretty standard. Overall, I enjoyed the place but I'd probably order something else if I go back like the truffle egg sandwich.

Absolutely loved this place. First time. Excellent service. we love the truffle egg sandwich and pan seared pork chop with gravy. The portion was pretty big.

Had a wonderful experience at EAT! We were served by Britney who is on point, very sweet, and shared some laughs . Their food was amazing and delicious , we had the prime rib hash, deviled eggs and BLT with tomato soup all was extremely good. Thanks for making our day! We will come back.

What a hidden Gem! We were looking outside the box while in Vegas, and man, were we surprised!! I ate the Cinnamon biscuits that had a strawberry sauce on the top. It was light and not too sweet. Delicious! My husband ate the biscuits and gravy, and it too was delicious. The gravy wasn't greasy or heavy. Perfect portions! For a side we had the potatoes (extra crispy) and they did not disappoint! Service was amazing and talk about FAST! Go check it out!

You can never go wrong by eating brunch at eat. I still claim that they have the best pancakes in all of Las Vegas. Their biscuits and gravy are also phenomenal. All that for a reasonable price. If you’re looking for the best affordable brunch in Las Vegas, look no further, you found it.

Someone reviewed this place as “Must go Now!”. So I went and it was worth it. One of the best freshly squeezed OJ I’ve tasted. The chicken sausage is so flavorful and delicious. The bacon was crispy. Must order the pancakes! The egg sandwich was really good as well. The restaurant is a $$ price wise and plan to wait thirty mins before you will be seated.

Food was GREAT! Coffee was even better. Make sure to try the Biscuits. Seating was nice and spacious, and the food came quickly. In fact, you can see them cooking it in the open kitchen (I love open kitchens). Pricing was decent as well.

Food was great, service was great, the atmosphere was awesome. Our family really enjoyed our meals, I think I am in love with the shrimp & grits. Servers were very friendly and welcoming. The owner will flash you a smile from the kitchen. Will be back for sure

Great breakfast spot. Had shrimp and grits. They were awesome. Came back the next day for prime rib hash, also excellent. Even the standard breakfast is a cut above. OJ and coffee are very good. Cool setting. Indoor and outdoor seating. Easy walk from Fremont Street. Afterwards get a donut from the Donut Bar. The service was also really good. Very welcoming.
