I was delighted by the quality of the coffee given the unassuming location. Tons of options for pour overs— I got a Kenyan that was exceptional. My partner ordered an espresso and a drip and was particularly impressed with the espresso (we’ve been back for drip a few times and have been happy with it every time). We’re just in town for the week visiting my grandma, but this will definitely be our go-to coffee spot whenever we come to see her!
Also worth noting that all the baristas have been really friendly and seem like cool people. :)

Pretty nice place! Coffee was good, I was hoping for a Sumatra bean, but the Honduras the barista recommended was pleasant. The presentation of the coffee is very cute and a good experience!

Not a lot of options as other places but thats because they don't let you mess up their coffee, they respect the coffee and for that reason you will only be allowed to have good coffee.

A local favorite! Delicious coffee and incredible pastries. They even offer a couple of mocktails which I love. They also have great merchandise.

oh how I wish I didn't live 1600 miles from this gem. Baristas have enviable depth of coffee knowledge and provide recommendations to match preferences. the cold brew is incredibly smooth and the iced vanilla latte with the house-made syrup is absolutely premium.

Have lived in Las Vegas for a few months but hadn’t made it to Dark Moon until yesterday. I walked in and was greeted with some friendly faces, and with a lovely smell of fresh roasted beans!
I always ask for a recommendation so I have the best first impression, and Rylee gave some great info on the menu, some of the processes used for each hand brew, and ultimately recommended the cold brew, a Dark Moon staple. I love a good nitro so I had to try it!
I made my way over to the bar and sat down through a couple of cycles. So cool to watch the process happen right in front of me. Not too common to see it actually happening out in the open.
I also got a oat cappuccino for the road, and it came in a cool recyclable/reusable plastic cup. Could tell the quality, even in a takeaway.
I will say it was not the best oat cappuccino I’ve had in terms of flavor, and I did get a bit more bitter/acidic than I was expecting, but I think that may just be my flavor profile preference. I’m interested to know what was on espresso and if there were any other options, but I didn’t think to ask in the moment!
One other thing I noticed was the noise level - a little loud, but hey, the machines are right in front of you! What are you gonna do lol. I don’t even know if it would be possible to add sound panels or anything on the ceilings/walls but that could be decorative/cool.
I had such a great experience and it was the highlight of my afternoon! I know a few shops around town who use Dark Moon beans/products and it was nice to finally get to see where it all comes from. Special thanks to the whole crew working yesterday for their kindness and service! Can’t wait to be back with friends!

Always amazing coffee and friendly staff. The atmosphere is great and it’s great to watch them personally roast the coffee! Highly recommend coming in for a fresh brew and possibly a draft beer!

Their coffee tonic (Moon Tonic) is the BEST! Friendly staff also!

110% favorite coffee shop and roastery in Vegas … and maybe anywhere. Never had a bad roast, hand-crafted drink, or merch item from Dark Moon. DM groupie for life.
