Love the coffee. Great quality. They take a lot of care in preparing high quality brew. Big fan of the take away cold brew cans.

I was excited to check this place out after hearing good things, but ended up having a miserable experience due to the barista that rung me up.
I was asking for a suggestion of what to get, and started explaining what pour over I make in the mornings. Before I got a few words out they interrupted me and asked if I take cream or sugar in my coffee. To which I responded usually. They proceeded to tell me that all the handbrews weren't for me since they don't offer sugar and cream for those, assuming I wouldn't have a drink without it and told me the only things for me were the filter coffee and cold brew. Great way to completely alienate your customers. How does that saying about assuming go?
For a place that's firmly planted in the 3rd wave coffee scene, taking the time to single source and roast their own beans, they would want to welcome new customers into the experience. If that's not something as a company they are interested in doing I guess that's fine, but for any customers looking to be guided into the experience, expect a very cold welcome.
I ended up order a handbrew anyway, which was made by another employee that I did enjoy, but after that experience I have no interest in coming back.

If you normally get your coffee at
A StarBucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, or a place that makes it to your liking with $5 syrup shots… This is not the place for you, sorry - not sorry. If you can tell the difference between a Columbian, Kenyan, or Guatemalan bean expresso perhaps you just found the mother-load in a cup. They have some decent merch too if you’re just exploring high quality coffee shops that don’t advertise when they are open or not. By the way- just because the open sign is not flashing on for attention doesn’t mean they are closed- those that know.. know!

The young woman in the shop today was absolutely, without question AMAZING! Not only was she super knowledgeable about the coffee and tea, helping to pick the right options for each of us, she had an absolutely infectious, upbeat, and lighthearted personality. She joked with us, was open to conversation, event if it wasn't dire tky related to the products, and made the morning coffee and tea experience 6⭐!!!

Seriously coffee roasters in a good way … I wasn’t expecting something different, seems like a normal coffee shop, but after trying the pour over I know this guys are a higher level on the quality of the coffee and the attention
I’m glad that visit this place!

Dark Moon Coffee Roasters is amazing. First time in and it was impressive. Nitro cold brew on tap yes please. Pricing is consistent with other coffee shops.
What stands out is the amazing service.
They explained the entire menu so we could be well informed.
Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

Dark Moon Coffee Roasters is a great new coffee spot that is too far away from where my husband and I live, but we will still manage to get our fix.
Located on Eastern Avenue close to Anthem, I've been here twice now and it's definitely worth the drive. The guys who've waited on us are coffee experts with barista experience from other reputable coffee spots that we also frequent in Las Vegas. The space is nicely decorated and there is ample seating; I'm a fan of the long, low counter where you can see your order being made as well as the homage to "Pulp Fiction" near the bathrooms. Pastries sold are from Craft Kitchen (score!) and 50% off with Yelp check-in. There is also tea, beer, wine, and kombucha for sale. Hours are 7am-7pm, Monday-Saturday, and 7am-5pm on Sundays. Excellent addition to Eastern Avenue!

Interior and design look good. It's clean and it has unique look. However I got dubble shot of espresso which came in a bit bigger "glass". I personally prefer a cup and less amount of coffee in double shot. Keep on with a good work!

I owned a cafe in San Diego with my mom for 3 years, so I know a thing or two about coffee. When I moved to Henderson in 2021, to be honest I was nervous that the coffee scene wasn’t going to be as good as San Diego’s, but a friend of mine recommended me to try Dark Moon. Truly one of the best lattes that I’ve ever had, they take incredible pride in their roasting, and it’s such a cool vibe in there. The salted carmel is delish, and the chai is so yummy and earthy, it’s not overly sweet which I appreciate because some cafes make their chai so sweet you might as well be drinking liquid sugar. Highly recommend! They also have a mocktail which I so freaking appreciate because as a sober girlie, I crave espresso martini mocktails often but they’re hard to find.

This place is a must try! The coffee is so delicious. The environment is great, the staff is super friendly. Prices are not too bad and they also have non-dairy options.
