The Human Bean

I'm not a coffee drinker, but their breakfast sandwich is a bagle with egg, cheese, and sausage or bacon. Very good.

Ok, just tried the Irish cream breve drink or whatever it’s called…AMAZING

This is one of my favorite coffee shops. The baristas are always nice, the drinks and snacks are good. The coffee isn't bitter and burnt tasting like that other big chain coffee shop. The chocolate covered bean with every drink is really a deal maker! My only wish is that they add spiced chai to the menu, for a dirty spiced chai is what dreams are made of.

I LOVE this Human Bean! The staff are always super nice, and the owner is absolutely fantastic. The drinks are also very well made - better than the other coffee shops around! I recommend The Human Bean to everyone I know!

The staff was chipper, friendly attentive with our order. Great coffee and many alternative Mylks. The espresso beans on top were a nice touch!

I’ve had a ton of issues with them on multiple occasions and I’ve tried to be understanding considering I’ve worked in customer service for over 5 years and I get how overwhelming and frustrating it can be. I’ve been charged for drinks I shouldn’t have been charged for, never get my drinks made right, and have to constantly repeat my order to them because the girls are too busy gossiping with eachother and can’t remember the orders. When I spoke to who I’m assuming was the manager I thought they were truly concerned about the issues but when I received the single medium size free drink coupon I realized they weren’t concerned. Truly disappointing considering how understanding and patient I have been. Guess I’m going back to Dutch bros and Starbucks.

Came in yet again. Ordered my same drink and even with the lid labeled they still didn’t give me whip on my drink. They could manage to fill a whole cup up for my dog but couldn’t put whip on mine or my fiancé’s drinks. And lovely Rebecca tried telling me that the whip wasn’t on my drink because it melted...less then one minute after being made. I’ve sent ANOTHER email to Chrissy the owner and she won’t respond back at all. Asked Rebecca for the corporate number and she refused and said she would only give me chrissys number. I highly recommend going to ANYWHERE else besides human bean. They don’t respect their customers, have a severe lack in customer service, and the owner just won’t respond if you are saying anything bad about her place. Also I will be taking Ms rebeccas advise and I will go back to Starbucks and not come back to you guys.

They can make any drink on the menu sugar free! The iced Irish Cream coffee is delicious. Service was fast and friendly. 😊

My husband likes his coffee way stronger than I can make it, Human bean since being in carson has became my daily morning stop, all the employees are friendly and have great customer service, drinks are tasty, the chocolate cover espresso beans are yummy, and they are always willing to give advice on different drinks to try. 10/10 love The Human Bean!
