Old World Coffee Lab

I like the simple menu with complex and delicious flavors. You don't need a coffee shop with over 50 items on the menu. Old World has a smaller menu than the conglomerate; but they still have plenty to offer. They offer friendly customer service, high-quality ingredients, and flavors that never disappoint.

If you haven't explored Carson City's downtown area lately, you need to. Old World is nestled right on Curry behind the brewery. They offer a fantastic menu and they are super consistent with fantastic flavors to fit any mood and any season.

However, a note for the management; can you please get a freaking phone? We ordered a couple 96 oz. coffee travelers in advance and tried to call ahead to make certain everything was good on the day of pick-up, but there is no phone... and sure enough when I showed up they weren't made and we were late delivering coffee to the party we were hosting. Very disappointing.

Amazing place, kind service and astonishing coffee! This is a great place to be, it is a high quality of comfort and the coffee gives such great uplift, the worker(s) are so kind. I would honestly make the trip of coming back. Despite the drinks being in a to-go cup they do their best job with the latte art. 🥰🙌🏼

For being my first coffee bar, this place was great. Great place to just sit and enjoy your drink. The matcha latte with almond milk and a "not my gumdrop buttons"? I think was amazing as well.

Barista was friendly and the coffee was delicious! Nice latte art too! My dogs were able to sit outside in the patio area so that was a plus

The fall special lattes are the best! The orange blossom and weather latte are a must have if you like coffee and spices!

The coffee was barely luke warm and had probably been sitting in its container for hours. If the name of the business has "coffee lab" in it, I'd expect a bit more attention to detail on all coffee products. They also did not offer a decaffeinated coffee.

High quality of coffee! It’s really hard to find a good coffee in USA, by this one stands the exception. Their waffle very tasty too!

Tasty coffee and great atmosphere. The girl working here today was killing it which was cool to see. It was busy and she handled it like a champ.

Coffee is pretty good, but three stars for the following reasons: 1) the lattes are always warm, so I have to ask for extra hot. 2) the indoor atmosphere could be improved- tables are kinda wonky 3) you can hear everything from the restaurant kitchen next door, which kinda ruins the cafe vibe. Still go here because it's better than Starbucks and nothing else in Carson.
