Archetype Coffee Little Bohemia

Fantastic, high-quality coffee and food. My only gripe is the patio space. It's large but only has five tables. There's no shade, so unless you snag one of the two tables along the building, it's way too hot on most summer days. It seems that many customers visit from other parts of town, not from the neighborhood itself, so cars are constantly coming in and out of the parking lot right next to the patio. Even worse, sometimes cars idle for up to 10 minutes while someone orders inside, and since it's a sunken patio, you're at face level with the exhaust. The pandemic is definitely not over, and I'd love a more comfortable outdoor experience so I can visit as often as possible.

There's something special about each Archetype location. The owner has put a lot of extra time/thought into the architectural construction of each, and is usually on-site to make sure things are running smoothly. Highly recommend any of their locations but especially the one at Millwork Commons.

Delicious exotic breakfast food, lightning fast; coffee was rich, bold and flavorful. Chill vibe and perfect morning music mix.

I love Archetype. The coffee is always top notch. The staff is cool AF. And the pastries continue to get better and better. The space itself is very minimal and modern, but comfortable. And the additional courtyard seating is great.

The amount of passion and detail these folks put into roasting the coffee is second to none. The bagged coffee is roster regularly and the tasting notes are always helpful when coming in every few weeks to get a new bag.

I live in Ohio now, but I have yet to find coffee that matches the quality of this spot. I always grab a bag to take back home Everytime I'm in town.

Absolutely delicious breakfast sammies! The cappuccino was very smooth! One of my favorite coffee shops!

Nice selection of coffees and different brewing options. Warm, bright atmosphere with plenty of light and nice indoor plants! Very clean and avoids the cluttered vibe of many coffee shops I've been to. They have a nice variety of pastries and snacks as well. I'd recommend making a visit.

Good coffee, wonderful interior atmosphere, and tasty pastries! We enjoyed a chocolate milk latte and a chai with the perfect amount of spice for a fall drink

First and likely last visit. Fruity, sour coffee and espresso (this can be a matter of preference but definitely not mine - I prefer bold, full-bodied, non-smoky flavors). Asked for description prior but vague reply offered.

No prices on menu - you have to go through the effort to ask for every item, if you want to know or price plays a part in your decision-making (feels pretentious - like a clothing store with no prices).

Pumpkin muffin orange in color but no pumpkin flavor.

No sugar available - just sugar syrup meted out by barista. Apparently there is a preference to not let you manage addition yourself either with the bottle or providing a small amount and a spoon.

Not my cup of tea....or coffee.
