Scooter's Coffee

Placed an order in the app, and it was ready quickly and was just as I ordered it. No problems! Getting into the drive through is a bit tricky, especially if you’re coming from the west. You’ve got to go into an alley and then make a 180 degree sharp turn to get into the lane…

Great employees who work hard and are clearly underappreciated by management. Coffee is alright, but I'm always amazed at how terribly the manager Christa treats her subordinates. If they weren't so hard on their employees maybe the drinks would actually be worth the price :/

UPDATE: I originally posted a poor review for this specific location and have an update.

This location has been purchased locally by a resident of our town. The new owner heard of my frustration and reached out to me to make it right. Krista has listened to my concerns and has trained her employees to correctly make the drink I like as well as other drinks that others like. She has made great changes to this location in customer service and quality. I now am a regular customer and happy to share my new experience with others.

Very inconsistent on the quality of their product. Someday's it’s good other days I dump it out. Quite sad for a brand I want to love.

Employees consistently complain to customers about the poor drive thru audio. Sounds like the owners are not concerned about loosing customers and employees.

It the best place to get coffee. I use to go there so much. The workers knew what my order was.

The manager Laura and the new owner Christa are awful! The quality of scooters has slowly decreased and I will definitely never drink scooters again because of their TERRIBLE customer service. Starbucks here I come.

Sloooooooow

So much slower than the Kearney location it borders on the absurd, seriously plan for 10-15 minutes to get through here, good coffee but you’re better off going through McDonald’s.

Edit* disregard the “good coffee” part above, pretty sure they forgot to put any espresso in this latte, what’s a 5 dollar glass of milk among friends though?! 😂

The coffee at Scooters would be reason enough to frequent the drive thru, but the PEOPLE that always know my crazy drink orders, and greet me with kindness each time, make it hard to stay away!
