Walked in here for the first time and wasn’t expecting it to be as nice inside as it was. A very warm, chill, clean, and calm vibe when you walk through the door. The menu was very easy to navigate and the staff was friendly and helpful. My coffee didn’t take long at all and was pretty darn tasty. I’ll be coming here when the internet goes out at my house again and i need a coffee.

We went to the drive-through on NYE afternoon--since I had a postcard coupon for a free medium coffee that expired today. I ordered "Butterscotch" from the winter specialties menu. It didn't taste anything like butterscotch; it tasted like the way a kitchen smells when a pumpkin is being carved (raw squash). I really wanted to like it. I even added Splenda sweetener to it after I brought it home, but it didn't help. I was very disappointed. 😣

Soft open today and there is lots of people here! Coffee is pretty good too! I got a mocha. The restaurant area is very visually appealing too! Lots of places to sit too! They are well spaced apart too! Little disappointed in the mac and cheese. I originally ordered spinach and artichoke dip and pretzel bites for me and my little guys to eat but their truck didn't come in this morning with those ingredients on it, so we opt for mac and cheese. I feel like it's missing something. Maybe some hot sauce or more flavorful cheese. It is kinda plain but it is ok. I wish they had some kind of drink like a Carmelious (like Scooter's) or Java Chip Frappuccino (like Starbucks). I will definitely return at a later date to try the Spinach and Artichoke dip and the pretzel bites. I highly suggest checking it out though!

Our niece recently quit after working there for a short time.
What she told us about the cleanliness and food handling I will never eat there again!
Like many places 90% of their food is microwaved and a good amount is past the expired dates.
None of their employees wear gloves when preparing food.
She said they literally go from playing on their phones or itching their arms and legs to preparing breakfast sandwiches with NEVER washing their hands.
Routinely during their shifts they use their bare hands to dig into the food bins helping themselves. I don’t want everybody’s bare hands digging around in fresh ingredients that I’m supposed to eat later! Gross and disgusting! Seems to be a lack of any sort of oversight by management. I’d think the health department would have a field day at this place!
Never again for me and be warned!

My business partner and I have been coming here for our weekly face to face meetings for the past few months. So far, I've only had their coffee (which is on par with Scooters and Starbucks). The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. I haven't tried the food yet, but their menu looks really impressive for a coffee house. They have craft beers and lunch/dinner items. I plan to bring my wife here and try some new things soon.

I love Stories Coffee Co. It has been one of my favorite coffee shops in Omaha, but this new location in Gretna has left a bad taste in my mouth. I came in on a day that was really slow. It took almost ten minutes before I had to go tell them I had a drink. The three girls that were here just sat behind the counter and were eating. All I had was an iced chai. It only takes a short period of time to make that drink. There was no effort in making the drink from anyone, not even the girl who took my order. She just stood there. They told me that their system wasn’t sending orders and I get it. It happens, but the girl who took my order knew that I had a drink.
This isn’t going to stop me from going to Stories Coffee, but I just won’t be coming back to this location for a while.

First time I had a bad hot chocolate at Stories. Usually go to the one in Gretna because I like the service and atmosphere there. Today. Just had time for the drive through. Ordered a hot chocolate and a sausage egg sandwich. Tasted like they forgot the chocolate powder in the milk. Yes, it was busy but cutting corners doesn't encourage someone to come back.

Amazing energy and environment is pretty new and professional. Looks very attractive. Innovative new coffee recipe. Thanks.

I finally stopped here for coffee on a cold, rainy afternoon. I pulled into the drive-thru and was greeted immediately. The girl recommended the Nutella latte when I asked what she recommended. I was in and out of the drive-thru in less than three minutes with a delicious drink! Plus they offered military discount, and I signed up for their rewards program. I can’t wait to come back to this location and try something different on their menu.

I'm overjoyed to have Stories minutes away from our house! I do date night here. I play live music here. I hang with my family here. One of my kids studies here. My only suggestion is that they would someday offer a 64oz mango smoothie...they're that good!
