I brought my personal cup to be eco conscious and they won’t use it. Wasteful and environmentally tone deaf. Nothing but sugar and carbs in the case. Disappointing classic Midwest experience.

What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if they don't start your order until you get there and then take 10 minutes to make 3 drinks while the place is empty. Terrible service.

Spent the day here at least a half-dozen times so far. Friendly baristas, good drinks, good location.
