Scooter's Coffee

This Scooters team is consistently friendly🥳 and always has coffee☕ that is on point! Kudos, Scooters. Good management, I imagine. I for one, have never had another issue besides the $50 fiasco of early 2018. 😫

How ridiculous... I waited 10 minutes in line after ordering from the drive through. Got to the window and she was like... I'm sorry what did you order? WHAT?? I ordered at the drive through?? She retook my order and I tried to pay... she then let me know they don't take $50s I drove off... thanks for wasting my time. What the heck is wrong with a $50 bill?🤬

I love my morning Scooters latte and I love Cassandra, the manager at the South Locust location in Grand Island Nebraska!!!!!! I am a morning regular (and sometimes an afternoon regular). Cassandra is a bright spot in my day with her positivity, friendliness, and always uplifting smile! Her staff have been trained exceptionally well, which you s a reflection of Cassandra’s management. Thank you for all that you do Cassandra!

Dirty tables everywhere and after some time I finally went to ask for tables to be wiped. No one came. I then went and asked if they had a cloth so I could wipe the dirty table. The staff wrong out the rag and gave it to me. I wiped all the tables cuz I'm just that way. Now they are wet. Nowhere to leave the wet towel so I lobbed it back to the bucket but overshot a bit. I then asked for a towel to dry the table. The nasty staff looked at me and handed me a large was of paper towels. I took two sheets and told her I was not into waste. She then asked if I was the one who threw the towel. I told her I did not throw but lobbed it as there was nowhere to lay it. She then told me basically that tablesoutside get dirty. Told her we are not outside but inside. Later, she was sitting doing paperwork and when she got up she she gave me a stare. I go daily to Scooters in Phx. I won't be back here.

Also friendly staff, makes for a nice quick stop on the way home after I get off work for my drive home coffee, definitely a frequent costumer

The drink was good. But half of it spilled All over my car because There was a crack in my cup and the lid wasn’t on all the way. The service was okay but not like it usually is.

I stop here every time I visit GI. It's the only drive thru coffee on the south Locust strip, so the drive thru can be a long wait. Coffee has consistently been good, not great. Interior is pleasant but noisy from grinding coffee, and shared with a pharmacy. Nice cookies, muffins, etc.

Amazing drinks, kind staff!

Discovered Scooter's while visiting GI and staying in a hotel. The drive thru ladies were super polite and friendly. Love their Guatemalan roast! Will definitely tell our traveling co workers about you!

The Locust Street location always seems to make the drinks amazing! Just wish the prices were more reasonable! I've had to get them less and less due to the cost increases.

The people there messed up my order a couple times! First they were very hard of hearing and then made my order wrong and then gave me a new one and totally messed that one up also, I would not recommend that place at all!!
