Scooter's Coffee

Coffee is great. Staff is personable and the drinks are always good.

If you are trying to get a coffee in under 20 minutes don't go here. I've been to multiple scooters all over Omaha and Lincoln and this one by far is the slowest and worst I've been too.

Great franchise, great customer service. Josh was so kind by helping resolve an issue I faced at another location. They really care about their customers opinions and satisfaction!

You can always count on Scooter's to be consistently good, no matter which Scooter's you stop at.

Large carmalicious, half syrup and no foam. Got drink with lots of foam. They took the drink back, took off the foam and added more steamed milk. Now I have a milked downed latte. Took it inside, they made me a new one.... FOAM! WTH?

They have great coffee and food but VERY slow service. Prepare to wait 20-25 mins in line 😞

Extremely slow, didn't give me my total before I got to the window therefore unable to have my payment ready (paid cash). This probably leads to them being really slow as well. Coffee was awful, was given a "hot" bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was an ice cube and they gave me a tub of cream cheese. Suppose it's my fault I don't have a toaster installed in my car and have a knife always on hand.

Where do I even begin...

Cold latte? Try a hard cold no. Leah definitely makes the work environment worse than your cheap off-brand whip cream.

Then, I needed to go to the Loo to try and push out all the BS your employees told me. I walked in on your employee Leah pooping. EXCUSE ME? Is this some sort of sick joke??!

Scooters.... I'm embarrassed for you.

Actually a really large coffee shop inside. Nice employees and good coffee.

The coffee is great! They are SLOW! You can wait 20- 30 minutes if there is a line/crowd.
