Scooter's Coffee

I almost always have a great experience here with really kind workers, but had a bad experience last week regarding gift cards.. I posted a review with my complaint and the whole management team was QUICK to make it RIGHT. Thank you for validating my concerns and making me feel so appreciated as a customer!

I went through the Scooters drive thru this morning!:). The employees are very friendly, It wasn’t a long wait, My drink is made right & it looks pretty. Also.. Atticus(my dog) got to enjoy something too! Scooters gave him an adorable pup cup & it made his morning too!:).

Everytime I gave this place a chance it was inconvenient. I love scooters coffee,but i wont go here anymore. Today they cant take gift cards. I drove in the cold to spend the giftcards I bought, my family was so excited and even had company. I had to return empty handed and disappointed because the wifi is down. Last time they put whipped topping on all 4 drinks i asked for none. I just wish there were some kind of consequences for screwing up peoples day like this.

I go to this coffee shop a couple of times a month. Since the renovation a few months ago the place looks nice and the staff has been super friendly. Quick friendly service and the internet works well too. I love sitting here for several hours at a time.

Update: They have continued on the renovation and double the seating area. It is even better now.

Update: Sat here for 3 hours today.

Just got a brewed coffee. Was actually barely warm. I'm so disappointed ☹️. Steam the milk or check how long coffee has been in the dispenser.

Favorite place to get my morning fix of caffeine. The staff is awesome and hard working! Also very polite ☺️

The ladies my age are lovely and sweet and in thier 20s like me it's a great place to read a book and escape reality. The eye candy is always lovely. ;)

I mostly go there for the quiet and peaceful atmosphere, I feel bad for the ladies behind the counter customers are of the douch baggery breed. No patience. But them girls are as patient as can be

But can scooters compete with the milady cafe prices? That's the question.

Who will win, who will get the most revenue? Can the joker defeat the bat??

Believe it or not I have never been to a coffee shop before. It's my belief that the man behind the counter became fully aware of the fact as soon as he asked to help me and I went into deer-in-the-headlight stammering. He explained everything very well, was very pleasant, and I am sure he was "laughing with me." Great experience!

The inside of the store is usually clean and with the expansion, there are plenty of places to sit. I am not always a fan of the drinks because of how sweet they can be. However, the baristas are friendly, prompt, and customer-oriented. So the service is first-rate.
