Scooter's Coffee

The guys and girls who work are friendly and committed to getting your order made deliciously fast every time. I've never gotten a bad drink. They are helpful when I'm in the mood for something new.

Terrible service today. The first person in line waited over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge them for an order inside. Then they demonstrated no timeliness to get to the next order. I was 6th person in line. I left because I didn’t have time to wait likely 30 minutes to get my drinks.

I did not go to scooter's coffeehouse today. I was next door at cost cutters. There is absolutely no coffee in the place. And they were too busy to give me a haircut at the time. But, I do know the owners of scooter's coffee at that location. So, I am giving it a 5-star rating. Take that as you will. Now if you excuse me I've got to go make my own coffee.

This is my FAVORITE place to go. I always get the same thing and almost all the baristas know me by now! I went there today to get my usual (blueberry crimosa with almond milk instead of half & half) the almond milk is very important because I’m lactose intolerant. I got my drink all happy with the service and I got home, it tasted a little different than normal but I drank it(I don’t waste), my stomach started making a ton of noises and started hurting and now, to keep it simple, I’m having problems because they put half & half instead of almond milk in my drink. I LOVE going here but I will definitely triple check/ask that it’s almond milk instead of half & half in my drink now. So make sure if you’re allergic or are lactose intolerant to triple check!

Good place always pleased with products and services. Plus you're supporting a locally owned franchise as that Scooters is headquartered in Omaha. Plus I'd rather spend my money here than another specific unamerican coffee shop that has a certain ⭐ in the name. It's nice to go to a coffee shop that doesn't bow down or weigh in on political or social justice issues.. they just sell you a cup of coffee. They also have a very vast menu without seeming overly trendy. There's a reason why they're one of the fastest growing franchises in their segment.

They took my order then asked me again twice when I got to the window. Probably the slowest service I've ever had at a Scooters.

Scooters is a MUST when visiting the Midwest. I have never had any coffee that even compares (and I lived in Seattle!!). This location in particular always delivers great service. Always satisfies my Caramelicious cravings!

I ordered a pot of gold blender an i said with whip. When i got to the window they gave me my drink with no whip sp i said i asked for whip then gave it back. An common sence when people ask for whip you put drizzle either chocolate or caramel depending on drink unless people ask for no drizzle. Well the lady didn't put any on so i gave it back to her an said i need caramel on it then she signed like she was irritated dont work at a coffee place if your going to have an attitude. If you did your job right the 1st time it wouldnt of been a problem. 🤷

The people that work here are so friendly, as are many of the people in the great community of fremont! Ive only been here twice but have left happy each time. The caramelicious blender (both lowfat and regular are DELISH!) is my go to drink as well as the regular strawberry and vertigo(redbull) smoothies!
