Good dark roast. Very good staff. Friendly environment with decent acoustics so you can hear the person across the table.

This is an inviting, warm, and friendly coffee shop. If you lucky to be served by Erica, you will have an exceptionally delightful experience. She is always so welcoming and cheerful. My husband and I frequent this particular City Brew frequently, and Erica always inquires how our day is going. She is pleasant to converse with, and always makes our coffee perfect. While we live closer to other CB locations, we choose to come to this one for the inviting atmosphere and incredible staff. Coffee is always better in the company of friends, and this coffee is absolutely the best.

We decided to stop by there my 13-year-old and I and coffee for me tea for him and the service was really slow but that was okay. The other problem was that these people have absolutely no personality they are like robots. They did not smile they did not make conversation if you ask them a question. They just stood there and stared at you. My son was wearing quite masked and Long jacket he is very creative and likes to make things like that. He made the mask himself out of leather. They just like scared him and did not even make a comment not a positive comment it was really unbelievable it was like I was getting waited on by robots. The table was will not clean and for some reason it took forever to make tea and the tea was overpriced I will never be back this place was horrible they seriously need to learn how to communicate with customers they have zero personality this place was a very big disappointment

Overall, I'll give a 2 star review, because I have had three wrong coffees at this location in the past three days! They have me a free coffee for the first mistake, the second they denied that they made a mistake even though the label did not reflect the order. It was missing 3 shots of espresso, they added vanilla, and the third coffee we received today was received warm, and was not what we ordered, with no readable label to tell us where they went wrong. We've been City Brew fans for years, from Billings to Great Falls and have never had anything close to this experience 😔 I do not mind Starbucks, but I prefer City Brew, because I'm a Montanan, and I want Montana roasted coffee and to support my local coffee shop, but my wife can't even come this stuff down lol! So this is not a diss on City Brew, but it is a gut check to this particular location! Cmon guys, pull it together, your better than this! I don't want a free coffee, I want to buy with confidence, let's get it together!

Americano, Breve and a frap. The service is good and the barrista friendly. The coffee was not highest quality. We ordered extra shots and it was still weak. The Americano tasted like the extra shot was pulled through twice.

Good coffee, great atmosphere, and a wonderful staff. This is a great place to study, meet up with friends or sit quietly and enjoy Missoula. City Brew does a wonderful job of breaking the snooty coffee mold by just being pleasant. You are always greeted when you arrive and your patronage is always thanked as you walk out. I regularly enjoy this coffee destination. Thanks City Brew!

Love this rather new City Brew location. Great friendly service, always with a smile. Coffee is always hot, a variety of snacks. This location has an outdoor sitting area with a patio fireplace...perfect for cool mornings!

I always enjoy my weekly coffee there. Cameron and his crew are always friendly and enthusiastic. The coffee and food are great, and the atmosphere is perfect for socializing or having a private meeting.

There are a number of locations around town, This one is fairly small and fills up easily. It's not an inspiring place to work, if coffee shops are your place for that, but it's a friendly atmosphere and they make a decent cup of coffee. The food is average, I would describe it as some sort of compromise between Walmart and Starbucks.

We went through & ordered 2 white chocolate peppermint mochas & 1 white chocolate latte. My daughter's mocha was only heated milk. No coffee, no flavor, it was terrible. The girl working was rude & rudhed us out of her window. Very disappointed.
