Coffee and latte tasted very good but were not quite made to order. However, service was pleasant and corrected the error quickly.

The coffee was meh at best and the turkey and cheese croissant was super sad. the croissant itself was great but the picture below speaks for itself. I got a 4 shot Carmel Macchiato and it was not the greatest. It was super cowboy coffee esk and I had to throw it away because it was so terrible. It was straight up black coffee with cream in it. No other taste to it. I most definitely won't be going again. The workers were super nice though and the wait wasn't long. So kudos to them on that.

I have had nothing be great, friendly service at the City Brew on Brooks, but....my goodness if Molly K. isn't about the most delightful thing. It is one thing to be having a bad morning and have someone make it better, but she took my perfectly fine morning and made it fantastic. A good product is that, good, but if you pair it with great service, you give an experience that out shines all competition. Well done Molly K. and City Brew on Brooks.

The staff have NO IDEA what they are doing. I am a loyal customer yo City Brew, and this location DO NOT know how to make coffee. My entire family had drinks made so wrong. We order the same thing everytime, and this was horrible. Chai latte , grizzy granitas, and KID FRIENDLY hot chocolates, are not crazy special requests, NOT ONE was made correctly. On top of that, they were sooooo slow, it was a totaly waste of money. This was so horrible, I'll never return to this location. I understand staff shortages and expect a wait, but I don't expect $20 in coffee for every cup we had tasted absolutely terrible. I'm so disappointed and wish I never wasted my money. My home coffee is better. City Brew, you need to do a better job training your Baristas, because you have no trained barista running this store.....

Was helped by a barista named Brady. They were out of my favorite drink, but his recommendation was even better than my usual. It’s not often you have a worker that genuinely wants to hear about your day, so it was a very nice visit. Very nice workers, fast service, and good vibe.

Very friendly staff but my iced white mocha tasted like iced milk with a very small dash of coffee … very disappointing …. Went back and never got any better .

NEVER AGAIN. Im tired of pulling in before closing to an open sign and lit menu only to be told by rude employees that their boss said they could close early. This was the third time this has happened. Also, they charge extra for what is typically considered regular flavoring, theyve cut that in half so in order to get what you're used to, you pay extra. Ive owned a coffee stand in Missoula and cant imagine how this place is run. May I recommend The Break for an evening coffee...they stay open until closing time, good coffee, proper pricing. City Brew is awful
12/17/22 Addendum: since things have started to return to normal in the service industry, I've noticed a significant change in service quality at the store on brooks. I still feel City Brew is very over priced and the beans don't taste fresh. After years of being in the coffee business the coffee i served was top shelf, freshly roasted, and almost half the price City Brew charges. I had customers who'd drive across town just to get our coffee. Quality and service being our top priority. Every stand i go to in missoula uses the appropriate amount of flavoring (most use a shot glass to measure). Each size cup should come with an adequate # of shots (i.e. 12 oz - two shots, 16 oz - three shots, 20 oz - four shots, etc). Im getting a 16 oz breve with 3 shots and paying almost $10 FOR COFFEE, because i have to direct the staff on the proper way to make it...only to be charged an unreasonable amount for extras that shouldn't be extras. My regular 16 oz triple shot breve at FloCo is $5.25. Im glad your staff situation has improved, but the rest leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is quite possibly the WORST latte I've ever had. My hot caramel latte tasted like lukewarm watered down milk with a hint of caramel. If there was coffee in there, it was a weak single shot. I hate to say this, but Starbucks is better. Will not ever be stopping here on my way through Missoula again.
