The owner and staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their coffee, which was perfectly aromatic and lovely. Yummy snacks included vegan carrot cake cookie that was delicious.
I really like too that they support coffee collectives. Good ethics, great coffee - perfect combination.

Incredible coffee, and even better baristas. Love this place and the employees are always incredible. My number one stop anytime I go through Billings.

Interesting little coffee shop with an ecentric, yet homey atmosphere. Interesting set-up, where they give you a glass mason jar to bring back next time. Also fantastic waffles on certain days of the week. Also there is a nice little art gallery that is conjoined to the coffee shop, making it a great place to sip coffee and peruse the art selection. Only slightly botherson part of this place is the occasion stuck-up hipster. All in all tho, a great place to sit back and sip strong coffee while enjoying the artwork on display.

Fantastic coffee spot. I wandered in a couple of hours after stepping off the Greyhound, having just moved to Billings from Seattle. The two young gentlemen behind the counter were very knowledgable about the origins and distinctive qualities of the beans in their custom, limited-time blends. Bohemian atmosphere. I felt very at home as a transplant from the Pacific Northwest.

I just love this establishment. Genuinely kind folk, quality coffee, yummy home-baked goods, quiet corners to work, good music, cold brew on nitro, and personality. It's small and simple on the surface, but after a few visits I noticed the changing menu items, beans, art, and even music. I respect the evolving variety at Ebon and an establishment that thinks outside the box. For example, instead of doing the typical 'Buy 10, get one free,' Ebon encourages recycling by offering a free beverage after bringing your own cup/mug a certain amount of times. Their simple menu seems to offer something for everyone. Try the hot chocolate. It's deadly delicious.

A lovely little place with a very friendly owner. I ordered the milk chai, and am pleased to report that it was made perfectly. No over or under steeping, and just the right amount of milk and sugar. I also had a waffle, which was enormous, and delicious. I was unable to finish it, but regretted it deeply. Highly recommended.

Got a rather tasty iced vanilla latte on my way out of town. Employee was kind and got our coffees out to us quickly. The inside is lovely and it was clean. If I’m ever in Billings again I would return.

Great coffee and the friendliest baristas around. The clientele are lively and several waved at the baristas when they arrived, as if coming home. There are charming children eating waffles who belong to the barista that I presume is the owner. The place feels more like a friends home than a serious coffee shop, and that might be a good thing. :-)

Great coffee, sweet humans, and lovely community feel. They take so much care to make everything top notch and the savory waffles they have on Sundays is my favorite food in Billings.

The staff was extraordinary! Great recommendations, I got the lavender flavor and it was hands down the best lavender coffee I’ve had! I highly recommend.
