Coffee wasn't very well mixed, but probably suits someone's bohemian tastes. I liked that my drink wasn't too sweet. The atmosphere, however, was not it. The location next to a children's play place resulted in being assaulted by an unsettling cocophany of screams and discordant banging on a piano. Not recommended as a quiet work/study location.

The coffee is amazing and the atmosphere is very comfortable. Love the upstairs area that has a few things for kids to do. Also love that it's connected to the art gallery so you can take a peak while sipping on your coffee. The baristas are super nice and fun to talk to!

Very kind and helpful staff. Didn't treat me like an out of town rube. Tasty coffeecake muffin and Ethiopian coffee brewed by the cup.

Warm and inviting atmosphere, great customer service - friendly without feeling forced. Nice study and work space upstairs.
Delicious coffee, good variety of pour-overs and single origin espresso and cold brew. Fun interesting drinks too, like the espresso tonic and shrubs.
Small selection of tasty baked goods.
Know that you may have to wait a few minutes, good coffee takes time.

I prefer coffe made with fresh roasted beans from a good roaster! This place honors that and delivers with passion!

Ebon is the best coffee shop in Billings hands-down (I know that sounds like an exaggeration with how many different coffee brands there are here, but hear me out).
If you’re from out of town, you’ll definitely want to check this one out. If you’re from here, this will quickly become a favorite stop.
Lenny rotates different coffee roasters, and always has a local Montana roaster available. Because of how often he rotates, he often has a different single origin espresso every week. If espresso drinks aren’t for you, every drip coffee is made to order instead of being in an airpot for hours. Jaxi makes fresh pastries in-house, and most of the selection is gluten-free, vegan, or both. They easily have the best tasting, health conscious treats in town. They do waffles everyday, but they do specialty recipes every Sunday for brunch (always a savory and a sweet option!).
There is a connecting interior door to a spacious art gallery where you can check out some local Montana artists while you wait too. This is a perfect quiet spot to sit for a couple hours and work, or sit at the bar and meet some cool local people. If you need a quick stop, there is a 10min parking spot directly in front, and the parking garage across the street is free for the first hour.

This is a great little place. Super high quality coffee, best in Billings. We rented out their gallery room after hours, and the management really provided a great experience. The place is small but not cramped. Definitely worth checking out if you don't just want a burned cup by the big guys.

One of the best coffee shops in the area! Friendly staff, quick service, welcoming atmosphere, and great coffee!

Will is the best barista and they have the most delicious coffee that is made with care.

Loved the bean selection here, I had an Ethiopian that was deliciously fruity. Will, the barista is a highlight of the shop; he is attentive, kind & a lover of coffee.
