My friend and I ordered three drinks when we arrived at the window. Before we had finished stating our drinks Katie (the barista) started making the drinks, regardless of her knowing what modifications we wanted to them. We asked her for caramel sauce instead of the syrup, and oat milk in one of them and she immediately snapped at us and says “are there any other changes so I don’t have to keep remaking them for you guys?” After Katie made our drinks, we asked to pay separately and she was unhappy about that as well. She divided our totals for the two of us, and grabbed my friends card and charged her $7.00 for a 12oz caramel oat milk latte which is way over what it should’ve been. We came the day prior and it was $4 for the one drink. Then charges me without telling me my total, when I questioned her regarding my total she had charged to my card she was unsure and had to look. I’m very disappointed with her customer service, and will not be coming back.

Went inside on a Sunday morning to grab a coffee. The stand itself only had a few cars in line and one other customer inside. Stood at the counter to place my order for close to 5 minutes while niether of the baristas said hello, or even acknowledged my presence. Left in frustration without anything. First time going, will not be going back due to the terrible service.

Barista wasn’t kind while taking our order. We ordered our coffee and cookies, then the two ladies working in the hut were sitting in their phones while we waited for our coffee (not working on our drinks) I mean I can see them haha. Anyways then when we got our coffee it was delicious but the cookies they gave us were frozen and I’m not just being picky but hey we’re like straight outa the freezer frozen. I will say I have had good experiences here but this one stood out for the wrong reasons

The food is good, however, our barista was very inattentive and disrespectful. She handed us the wrong drink twice and when we asked nicely for her to correct it, she seemed annoyed. There is no menu on the outside and she was bothered that we asked what food they had. She never smiled and slammed the window after I said thank you. I understand that we all have bad days but this was on another level rude. She treated me and my sisters very badly and it was not acceptable. We will not be coming back.

I went there and realized I forgot my wallet. Right away the barista was willing to give me the drink for free, these are the kind of people the world needs! 5 stars from me!😊

I come here at least 4 days a week since they opened and the coffee here is the best, consistent tasty coffee I've had from anywhere. I've never had a bad cuppa jo from here. The customer service is impeccable-you can tell that the employees want to be here. The interior of the shop is adorable, and this place is really a godsend for me. Thank you for your help over the past half year or so! I'm a full time student and i have a full time job so i visit them quite a lot, but they're always happy to see me even if they dont know my name 🤣

The girls there have the best smiles when I drive up to the window and have the greatest coffee! Oh and great food and snacks! Highly recommend❤️

Very rude baristas who can’t put down their phones at the window. Tasteless coffee. Only good thing about this place is their breakfast burritos (if you can get one before they sell out for the day)

Slow service. 2 lines of cars. The other lane went through 15 plus cars before one car in my line moved. I'm still waiting. 3rd in line now. I've been here for over 30 minutes just waiting. I could have driven to Bozeman and back by now and gotten coffee elsewhere.
