Cuppa Jo On The Go

For a espresso stand this place is close to terrible! If it wasn't for the presentable curb appeal it would be... I've been eye balling this place now for some time & made it a point to stop by. No menu boards, lack of syrup flavors, and then both my wife's drink & mine did not taste of espresso... It was a very disappointing stop.

Went with a friend for coffee. The coffee was okay, nothing spectacular. The inside was nice. The employees, however, seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing.
My friend received a "happy hour" discount on her coffee, but despite ordering the same thing I didn't.
Also, the lack of response to the negative reviews on here is concerning. It seems to reflect a disregard for customer concerns, which isn't a very good business practice.

Staff is always cheerful and friendly. Even when busy, they hustle and help each other. I haven't had a single missed/wrong item even when they're understaffed/training! My go to morning routine!

We love this place! First of all, it's so adorable. The upstairs loft is so cute and comfy to sit and chat once you grab your coffee. The staff is super duper friendly and helpful. Oh, and the coffee is delish!!

Went back and was pleased with my coffee. Classic flavor and happy to see improvements in service. Hope to be in more often!

Nice baristas and delicious americano. They have food too but I was totally there for espresso.

I love this coffee place, it's a little slow but they make the best coffee so it's definitely worth the 3-5 minute wait. My favorite is a white chocolate caramel mocha with hazelnut.

Yummiest frappes and breakfast croissants ever! And good price to boot. However, I have been here dozens of times and very rarely is the staff friendly. The one girl who is especially not friendly was much nicer to me the one time I had my 17 y/o brother-in-law with me though 😆 so maybe it's just to girls lol

The coffee here is pretty bad. Overpriced and the drinks are not made well. Americanos are not strong. Chai was used with powder and not mixed (dry chunks at the bottom). And we did go back several times to give it chance. Spending money elsewhere.

I gave a 2, because I love their breakfast croissant. BUT, I decided to try their breakfast burrito. Both of them came with 90% hash browns, didn't find any sausage, or cheese, and only a couple scrambled eggs. Sadly disappointed!
