At Home

I used to shop here but will no longer...... never any employees on the floor to help you, and every time I get home and review my receipt there are extra charges of things I did not purchase. This is the third time it’s happened! Starting to wonder if it’s being done on purpose to increase their sales. Then when you try to call the store no one answers the phone and there’s no voice message capabilities. Very poor customer service!

Very large store (so be ready for the walk).Some things are organized and some are thrown any way. For example the rugs and mattresses! They have a large variety and a lot of things are marked down. Not many staff members but things are generally in the correct section.

Went to buy a shower head and ended up with that + two rugs! We got a terrific outdoor rug 50% off, great deal, and a new rug for our living room! Good prices, good staff, great store!

If I were you guys I’d avoid this place like the plague. I was hired for a seasonal part-time position. I thought everything would be great but they were extremely UNORGANIZED! The day I was supposed to come in for orientation, the person who was supposed to train me did not show for the day SHE SCHEDULED. Then, I gave them my documents to scan i.e social security, ID Ect. And they shredded it!!! Now they’re continuously bugging me about as if it’s my fault they were irresponsible with it. Stop inconveniencing me. Understaffed AND ORGANIZED!!! Avoid if possible!!!

I like at home for assortment of items. I do think they r overpriced. They also only have 1 person at the checkout so it takes quite a while to get out. U need to have some time when u go because it is large and overwhelming. I will be back if I can't find what I want at t j maxx or Marshall's or home goods.

A little picked over for the holiday season.

Used to be my favorite location, but the store manager is unpleasant and rude. I won't be making any more special trips to this location. The store itself is still great, but I'll go to the O'Fallon location from now on.

I am very upset at the lack of customer service I have received. I placed an online order, money was taken from my account, yet no evidence of the order was found when I went to pick up my items. The customer service through email has been absolutely horrible as well, as the people respond 24hr later after I send a responding email.

I really don't shop at this store outside of Halloween. We do go when we have a need for "thingies". They do have a fun supply of Halloween stuff, and they start putting it out in June, which is awesome!

This place is a total mess some aisles had no space to walk to see inventory. Understaffed as others mentioned. Price wise I did not find it great. They have lots of collection but no point as there is no help. Hope this changes soon👍
