At Home

As others have said, there doesn't appear to be many employees and some of the aisles can be a bit messy and hard to get through with a cart. They have a good selection of holiday/seasonal decor, but their prices are a bit high considering the quality of most of the products. I find it more worthwhile to wait for their sales.

There are several stores in the area that offer home decor, but the level of customer care that we received from Ashley (a member of management) has solidified At Home as our first choice going forward. Thanks for the awesome selection of goods and more importantly, the service provided.

Really big store! It was my first time there and I was impressed by how big the store was and how much they had there. Some items seemed a little over priced and others seemed really reasonable. The staff wasn't super friendly or helpful or present (took a minute to even find someone who worked there). Location is great.

Great place to go for any home decor needs. Not only a wide range of themes but also item types for each room. For example i've never seen such a huge selection of pillows and all organized by color! My one complaint is that the seasonal things often run out quickly and are not restocked.

Store is difficult to navigate in some parts. There are items (rugs/floral for example) scattered all over the floor. I feel super bad for the employees, they looked miserable. My cashier definitely didn't want to be there.
I also had a breakable item thrown into the bag with the rest of my items, and it broke before I even got it home. 😞 super disappointed, I drove about an hour to visit. Definitely needs a new manager.

Big location without any must have items... I was very sad 😔 and left without anything. I drove 20mins for nothing.....

I go from time to time and hadn't been there in a while. The store was well organized and merchandise was well displayed. The merchandise seemed to be a notch up from what I've seen in the past. Employees were friendly and helpful! Great job all!

Don't dare go in to return something then look around a bit as there is zero chance you won't spend three times more. Seriously I am not sure what I'll do without at home when I have to move away from st. Louis.

Pick up of my online order was speedy because management made it happen for me. I arrived earlier than I should have for pickup. Yet, they cared enough to find the order and deliver to my car. Thank you At Home.

Great selection, so many decor options! However the prices for their furniture, considering the quality of their furniture, is not worth it. Too many other quality stores around STL. I'd buy decor from here but definitely furniture elsewhere. They also offer a military discount.
