Frontier Perk Cafe

Fantastic food. Huevos rancheros with Chorizo were excellent. I would recommend this place. It’s small so be prepared to wait if you plan to eat there.

They were amazing 🥰 Food was delicious and they were reasonably priced. We had 4 adults and 6 kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Fantastic job 🙌🏼

Food was excellent! They have very few tables so get there early if you want to dine in. Staff was very nice, and the vibe is relaxed. I highly recommend the Nashville hot chicken with sausage gravy on the side!

Incredible food and coffee. The shrimp po boy was delicious. The bread was actually soft, unlike a lot of other po boys I’ve tried. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and the remoulade was one of the best I’ve had.

I also got a salted caramel latte. It was perfectly balanced. Not overly sweet like a lot places.

Was SO heartbroken when the best taco place sold. However, the replacement of frontier perk cafe justifies it. Food is amazing every time. Even if it’s small, they rotate the tables out very efficiently. Love the drinks, food, and atmosphere.

Went there at 8:20 this morning (5-26) after reading the Google reviews. We had an excellent breakfast. I had the traditional breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, potatoes) and my wife had a cheese and veggie omelet. Both of us enjoyed our food and I loved the coffee. The only problem with the restaurant is it's very small - all the tables were filled by 8:30. But they plan to expand which will enable more people to try this fine restaurant.

I got the Chicken Pot Pie and enjoyed every bit of it. Really nice little presentation with the puff pastry on top. I ordered a latte too. I sat outside and, through no fault of the cafe, the tables were quote wobbly and I spilled quite a bit of my latte. So just be aware if you sit outside that the tables rock bc the ground isn't level.

Everything was delicious. The server was pleasant, and the atmosphere was lovely. Would love to come visit again!

This place is a hidden gem in st. Charles. High quality food, and amazing service. The owner is a hard worker who doesn’t comprise quality in any meal.
