Ziggie's Café

Super good food, fast service and the staff was good people. If you're ever in Springfield definitely recommend stopping by.

I normally love Ziggy's, but this visit was terrible. They were understaffed and overwhelmed. This caused our waitress to had our food to another table, if we hadn't waited so long for it to arrive in the first place I would have demanded it be remade.

I used to live it here but I went there on Thursday the 10th of November and our food want cooked right our waters ran dry and stayed took we were about to leave it found a hair inside of our hash browns and a lady came to our table I asked are you the manager and never got a year or no answer from her she said that no one in the kitchen had hair that color so it had to be from us. Had it be on top I would of believe that but being in the hash brown I left told them I would pay for my wife's food they over charged me and refused to fix it is will never go there again.

Staff was friendly, got seated quickly. I ordered chef salad. My daughter got a omelet. Good food.

Have been here several times. Always good service and very good food at reasonable prices. We have been at a variety of times, from breakfast time to late night, and always had a good experience.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is disgusting and dirty. I wanted to walk out but kids were hungry. Dirty dishes and cups. Food was bland just not good at all. Overpriced for the quality of food and service. Waitress never came by after she dropped off the food except when it was time to give us the bill. NEVER going back here again

We have loved this Ziggie's for a long time. Great service in the mornings, consistently great food.

The food is good and sometimes borderline great. The service is the absolute worst in springfield. I called for almost half an hour to try and place a togo order and finally got tired and went in. They couldn't give me a reason why they wouldn't answer the phone. Server's are constantly just standing by the bar area not doing anything. One time they threatened not to serve me because I complained about how long it was taking to get my food and when the waitress told me they were incredibly busy I pointed out that less than half of their tables had customers and she said if I had that kind of attitude again they would cancel my order. That was thirty minutes into an order I was told would take less than 15 minutes.

The food was good. My potatoes was ok. I asked for green peppers and onions with my potatoes which I got but they were not cooked in with the potatoes. So I won't do that again.

Love going here before church in the mornings, not very busy so food service is super quick!
