Slow & Over-priced! C'mon, man! It's a donut! Granted, it's a Krispy Kreme donut but, for my money, I am more of a fan of our local donut shop -- 3/4 the taste for 1/2 the price.

I've never been much of a Krispy Kreme fan, but this location is a MUST VISIT if your in the area! Everything is made fresh, the donuts have a flavor unlike any place you've ever visited previously, staff is super friendly, prices are fantastic (use the app!). This location is literally the ONLY Krispy Kreme I actually enjoy! If every location was up to the standard this store holds.... I'd be eating a lot more donuts. Drop in while the Made Fresh sign is on, and see for yourself!

The best donuts ever! Stop by when the HOT sign is on and get a free glazed donut. You can watch donuts being made through a large window. My favorites are the chocolate glazed and the chocolate glazed with sprinkles, but you can't really go wrong with any of their donuts. The staff is always very helpful. The store is always clean.

Nice people BUT .. I ordered 2 dozen glazed. They looked good.but when I bit into one of the Warm ones, it tasted like Rancid oil 🤢. I called to complain and the manager said she didn't know what rancid oil tasted like! 😱😒. I used a gift card for them that I purchased from Sam's Club and discovered that Sam's Club won't refund gift cards.So... I sent a message to Krispy Kreme Corporate - No surprise they still haven't responded to me. They'll Never receive my business again. I would never intentionally order any food with Rancid Oil. They need to see if the Springfield, MO store is properly breaking down an thoroughly cleaning equipment. Otherwise, any Old oil buildup will cause that rancid oil taste. I'll be spending my money Elsewhere due to No Resolution and for Corporate not caring enough to contact me

Just left the Springfield location, the female manager there was extremely rude and decided it was appropriate to argue with us and when we told her she's going to lose our business she sarcastically told us to have a great day, and then 2 other customers seen this happen, agreed with us and walked out with us as well. They told us they could not hang us a fresh donut without a mask, even though we would be standing in that exact spot without a mask to order and eat out fresh donut. The manager was very unprofessional, sarcastic, rude, and screamed at us as we were walking out the door, losing 4 customers... I wouldn't even waste my money at a place this unprofessional.

Update! We decided to try again and were pleasantly surprised! Everyone was so nice! We also got a free doughnut for the light being on. Wonderful and will be going back again.
We have come here in that past and it's something we look forward to when coming into town.
In the past we have enjoyed the free doughnut when the light is on. This time they seemed short staffed maybe because we seemed to have to wait longer than normal but no big deal. When the lady came up to us she already seemed annoyed and short with my husband. I asked about do they not still give out the doughnut when the light is on and all I got was a very annoyed reply back. Reading other reviews it seems that has been the norm lately. The light on has been a free doughnut since I was a kid, it is their right to change if they don't want to continue that but you can not act annoyed and hateful with your customers and expect them to want to come back. We are disappointed and will try again but not for a while.
