Steven the manager was very rude and not a very nice person! Didn't like the way he spoke to his employees either! He's need some leadership training and needs to have better customer service skills!

I have to admit this was only my 2nd visit to the actual "home" store. I normally just pick up a dozen from the gas station, but my first visit a few weeks ago was so great I was looking forward to the same great experience. The first visit our donuts were hot n ready, the employees were very welcoming, even offered a free donut. They were even busier that day! Today was less than mediocre. The young lady was very monotone, no personality, certainly no smile. The only thing I remember her saying is "anything else?" The coupon I wanted to use was only valid on weekends, so I didn't get what I had hoped for. And sadly, the donuts were not hot n ready. I will think twice next time I drive clear across town (20+minutes) for the same thing I can pick up at the gas station.

I tried the classic ones when the doughnut were just getting out the oven. Horney now style is the best. The cashier gave my friends and I four doughnuts for free.

We were super excited about visiting Krispy Kreme but unfortunately the lobby was closed so we couldn't see the process. The kids were a little disappointed. The staff was amazing and got everything we ordered. Ready quickly. And of course the donuts were delicious! If you're looking for a job, please go apply so we can go inside!

First time here and we just happened to arrive during a red light! Yup. Free donut for each of us! So what else could we do, but to order more to take home? If you haven’t been to a Krispy Kreme before, you are missing out. Bring the kids and you all will have fun watching them make the donuts, and then eating them! But don’t worry-they have plenty made up ahead of time if you are in a hurry. The place is clean and the people working are friendly. All in all, Krispy Kreme, I give you five stars!

I would leave 0 stars if possible. Very rude manager. Update website as of Nov 2022 says a dozen doughnuts is 7.99. When I get there they charge 26.57 for 2 dozen. I ask to speak to the manager and she acts like a rude b#$%h just wanting to ask about the website. Like it was an inconvenience to talk to a customer. I will never give them another penny of my hard earned cash. F Krispy Krap donuts!!!!

Great place!! We love the warm donuts when they are baking them! We also love to watch how they are made!

The donuts were okay. There seems to be less filling in them tho. The girl waiting on me was a little spacey.

This is a friendly Krispy Kreme. I appreciate the kindness that I am shown.

Always fast service, freshly made doughnuts, and fair prices. The free doughnuts when the sign is lit up is pretty awesome too.
