This place ALWAYS has the friendliest staff and you just can’t beat the free doughnut right away off the line fresh hot and OH so Good! Sit down have a few treats and take a dozen—or 3 dozen home. Trust me, the family will eat ‘em all within a day or 2 ESPECIALLY if you have a couple kids, teens, or grandkids visiting!

Sure wish they'd get their app fixed.

I'm giving them three stars because I really don't like Krispy Kreme my wife thinks it's absolutely fantastic I just think they're donuts are a little bit greasy for me but my wife loves it so we go there from time to time

Always good but not good to eat a half dozen to yourself!

Manager was rude, basically threw the box of donuts in my face after their system wasn’t reading my rewards card & I had to show proof of ID to receive my birthday reward. She had an attitude and acted like there was a problem. I love Krispy Kreme, but it’s not hard to show some respect to those that are giving you business!

Always great! Wish I lived closer! 😀

Edit: To add a few stars. I told my husband that I would not come back to this Krispy Kreme location, but I couldn't help myself. That light just sucks me right in. I'm glad we went in tonight though to recognize Charles (he may be a new employee).. He was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I could tell he was a really hard worker, too.
Krispy Kreme has been one of my fav donut places, because it reminds me of the ones back home on my small island. However, I have noticed a common trend after reading some of the negative reviews on here- their service. I've accepted the fact that Covid has ruined everything for everyone, including getting free fresh donuts from here. But that still didn't stop us from coming in for donuts every now and then when the light is on. But after the lack of service exemplified tonight, I probably won't ever go back.
There were a total of 5 employees that I could see. One was helping the customer at the register, another was working the empty drive thru, a supervisor (or maybe manager) talking to two employees that weren't on shift, and two other guys doing something else. After choosing our donuts and waiting for over several mins, we still weren't approached. No one even acknowledged our presence. The two other guys kept coming back and forth to talk to the two off-the-clock employees. When someone finally looked at me and made eye contact, he turned and started walking away. That did it for me and took my two kids and left for something else.
In a customer service field, this location will lose their customers with their lack of service. Please educate them on greeting and people skills.

We tried their Kreme Filled Original Donuts today. Out of this world! The Chocolate ones are the best by far, but I prefer chocolate over plain. Sorry Hurts Donut, but NOTHING beats a hot out of the fryer original Krispy Kreme! Any time the Hot & Now light is on, I HAVE to stop and get one.

I love the donuts fresh off of the belt but the prices are so ridiculous...

Polite staff, decent prices, clean facilities. However...
There has been a heat wave lately and they're serving sour/rancid milk. I had to get two milks replaced three times each, and only one was tolerable. Four of these six were already expired (personally, I wouldn't care, but the milk itself tasted distinctly spoiled, and one nearly chunky).
Talked to three different employees, one who appeared to be a shift manager, but they still kept serving the product, rather than removing it from the shelf and checking it. Concerning, to say the least.
But hey, donuts were darn good!
